Wiza Review 2026: LinkedIn Export Quality, Pricing, and Buyer Fit
Summarize with AI
Our Wiza review finds a capable contact-data tool with a buying premise that changed in August 2026. Wiza still reveals and verifies emails and phone numbers, builds lists in Wiza Prospect, accepts CSV and CRM inputs, and sends records to connected systems. Its browser extension now works one full LinkedIn profile at a time. It no longer bulk-exports LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search pages. Wiza is worth testing for teams that value successful-result email credits and controlled handoff. Skip it if extension-based Sales Navigator bulk export or freedom from LinkedIn policy risk is essential.
Wiza Review Scorecard
We checked Wiza's product, pricing, help center, terms, privacy material, and current LinkedIn rules on November 8, 2026. We did not submit a matched contact list, so this review does not claim an independent accuracy or coverage percentage.
| Review area | What current first-party sources establish | Our assessment |
|---|---|---|
| Prospecting workflow | Wiza Prospect, one-profile browser reveal, CSV upload, and CRM import | Flexible inputs, but old Sales Navigator export expectations are obsolete |
| Email quality | Valid and Risky labels with documented verification checks | Useful status separation, not proof of future delivery |
| Pricing | Monthly result credits or annual unlimited individual reveals with a bulk cap | Attractive for some usage patterns, easy to misread |
| Handoff | CSV, text download, CRM, sales engagement, Zapier, and Clay routes | Broad destinations that still need field-level testing |
| LinkedIn exposure | Wiza is not authorized by LinkedIn, and LinkedIn prohibits specified extensions and scraping | Material procurement risk |
| Best fit | Teams that test accepted records and preserve source and status | Strong narrow tool, not a complete outbound system |
Wiza should not be purchased as proof that a LinkedIn workflow is approved, or as a guarantee that every returned address is safe to send.
What Wiza Actually Does in 2026
Wiza has four practical input routes. A user can search Wiza Prospect, open an individual full profile with the browser extension, upload a CSV, or import records from a connected CRM. The output can include work and personal emails, phone numbers, company fields, and verification status before records move to a Wiza list or another system.
The current extension workflow is narrower than many older reviews describe. Wiza's August 2026 extension update removed bulk export and multi-select from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter search, list, and company pages for every account and plan. A user must open a full person or company profile, then use the Wiza side panel. Sales Navigator preview panes are not read.
The same update routes larger audience building to Wiza Prospect, CSV upload, or CRM import. This dated operational notice should carry more weight than older Wiza tutorials, testimonials, or homepage language that still refers to bulk export through the extension.
The August change separates two different buyers. A rep who researches named people one at a time may like the side panel. An operator who expected to select a Sales Navigator search and export it from the page is evaluating a workflow that Wiza has retired.
How We Judge Wiza Data Quality
Wiza says it verifies an email when requested rather than relying only on a preloaded record. Its verification documentation describes syntax, domain, SMTP, and MX-record checks, plus handling for catch-all domains, disposable addresses, role addresses, spam traps, and greylisting.
Wiza keeps result statuses separate. Its profile reveal guide says a Valid email costs one email credit, while Risky emails are free. An Opted out result is not available to reveal. Those labels let an operator preserve the provider's finding instead of flattening every result into one email field.
Wiza's documented process is evidence of how it checks an address. It is not independent proof of a universal match rate, inbox-placement rate, or advantage over another provider. Job changes, catch-all domains, temporary server behavior, and source timing can still change the result.
We would allow a Valid result to enter the next review stage only after source, audience, suppression, and ownership checks. We would hold Risky separately. A free Risky result is still an uncertain result.
Wiza Pricing Is Simple Until the Workflow Changes
Current Wiza pricing shows Free at $0, Starter at $49 per user each month, Email at $99, and Email + Phone at $199. Starter includes 100 valid emails and 100 phone results per month. Email includes 500 valid emails, while Email + Phone includes 500 of each. The page lists $0.15 for each extra valid email and $0.35 for each extra phone result on the relevant monthly plans.
Annual Email displays $83 per user per month, billed at $990 per year. Annual Email + Phone displays $166 per user per month, billed at $1,990 per year. Both advertise unlimited applicable individual reveals and 2,500 exports per month. Team pricing is custom.
The word unlimited needs its meter attached. Wiza's plan-limit guide applies unlimited language to one-by-one reveals on annual plans. Bulk Wiza Prospect lists, Sales Navigator lists, Recruiter projects, and CSV uploads use a separate 2,500-export-credit monthly allowance. Wiza's newer extension update means a Sales Navigator list is no longer started by bulk selection inside the extension, even though older credit documentation still names that export source.
Each returned bulk row can consume an export credit, including a row with no email. Previously saved or exported duplicates do not consume another export credit under Wiza's export-credit rules. A 2,500-row allowance therefore does not promise 2,500 verified emails.
Our Wiza pricing analysis contains the plan-by-plan cost worksheet. For this buying decision, the practical question is whether your normal month consists mainly of individual reveals, successful monthly results, or bulk rows. The answer can change the best billing cycle.
Operational Limits Affect Throughput
Annual unlimited accounts also have individual-reveal limits. Wiza's fair-use policy allows up to 500 contact reveals in 24 hours and roughly 50 within five minutes. Further individual requests are blocked until the 24-hour window resets.
A team should forecast three meters separately: individual reveal pace, monthly valid-email and phone credits, and annual-plan bulk export credits. Combining them into one idea of unlimited usage produces bad capacity estimates.
Handoff requires its own test. Wiza's integration page names Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesloft, Attio, Gong Engage, Zapier, Clay, and Creatio. A logo confirms an available route, not how that route handles an existing contact, duplicate company, missing owner, rejected write, or retry after a timeout.
Use an existing record and a new record in the pilot. Confirm create-versus-update behavior, field ownership, raw status preservation, duplicate handling, and the error shown when access is revoked. Our outbound resources can help define the acceptance fields before the test.
LinkedIn Policy Risk Remains
Wiza's pricing-page footer says the company is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by LinkedIn or Microsoft. The product update narrowed the extension's behavior after LinkedIn tightened what third-party extensions can do, but Wiza does not claim that LinkedIn approved the remaining workflow.
LinkedIn's prohibited software guidance says it does not permit third-party browser plug-ins or extensions that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automate activity on its website. It warns that members using prohibited tools risk account restriction or shutdown and that the tools may stop working without notice. The current LinkedIn User Agreement separately prohibits specified scraping, unauthorized automated access, contact downloading, overlays, and bypassing access controls or use limits.
Is Wiza Worth It?
Wiza is worth a controlled test when reps need one-person contact reveal beside a full profile, or when an operations team wants to build and enrich lists through Wiza Prospect, CSV, or CRM routes. It fits buyers who can keep Valid, Risky, Opted out, duplicate, and no-result outcomes separate and who understand which credit meter applies.
Skip Wiza if the required workflow is bulk export from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search page through the extension. Hold the purchase when LinkedIn policy exposure is unacceptable, a public independent accuracy figure is mandatory, or the team has no owner for suppression and CRM writes. If Wiza misses a required boundary, use our Wiza alternatives comparison to choose the next matched test.
Before approval, follow one controlled record through source capture, reveal, status review, list save, duplicate handling, destination write, suppression, and export reconciliation. Give each check an owner and save the result.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
