Closed deals
Clients telling us a deal closed, usually the same day it happened.
A $24,000 verbal commitment, 12 days after we handed the lead over.
“FIRST BLOOD- we received a verbal last night from [prospect] at [company]. They want to start the first week of November. The driver on this deal was the threat of the insurance company cancelling their coverage due to the rusty appearance of the older roof. This is a $24,000 deal. This is our first ENKOTE project.”
First closed deal, eight days after the first campaign went live.
“got our first official closed deal! Small one but still a really good sign! let's keep it going. / amazing - and very short sales cycle”Read the case study →
First week of a brand-new vertical: two sales from five to seven positive replies.
“I wanted to let you guys know that we got 2 sales last week from the 5-7 positive replies we got once we fixes the copy mishap. That is superstar numbers in terms of conversion, so we're going to be wanting to crank volume for these legal inboxes as fast as we can.”
Two deals closed in one month, both sourced from the music campaigns. Deal names and values blurred.
“In April we were able to close 2 deals. Please validate that these were indeed sources from cold emails. I think that both came from cold leads. Also both from the music campaigns. It seems that Music is where we can close better and where we can add the most value. I strongly suggest that we double down on our Music marketing.”
A cold email reply asking for a demo, answered by their sales rep. It became an order.
“Hi Christian, Hi Dimitar, this is one of my emails concerning the "DEMO" Replies (By the way, the customer has just placed the order)”Read the case study →
The first sale from cold email, about four weeks after kickoff. The CEO replied in the thread.
“BIG WIN want to share with you guys, as we just closed our first cold email sale from the campaign in New Jersey (Dentist)! Slow start, but nice seeing things pick-up here even into the holidays. / Definitely consider this a win guys, a MAJOR milestone, and I can't wait to see how our cold email systems and campaigns continue to improve incrementally. Excited to launch in more big metro areas!”Read the case study →
Meetings booked
Calls, demos and quotes that came out of the replies.
Right after switching back to the best-performing campaign angle.
“solid couple days here / 3 booked calls in 2 days. thats the velocity i'm talking about. just posted a sales job as well so hopefully we have a great candidate in here soon!”
One week after relaunching on new sending infrastructure.
“Awesome, I got some good news, two clients already booked a meeting with me via calednly, I will get to the rest of the email now. We are geading in the right direction”
Day two of a pilot.
“what should we expect for conversions? I'm quite positively surprised about the amount of positive replies so far, but of course, far from all will convert to meetings. So far I've booked one.”
The first meeting from their first email campaign, with an enterprise buyer. Calendar details blurred.
“Hey guys, our first meeting booked via our email campaign is a fact. Head of Supplier Relationships at [company]. Keep you posted.”
The same lead a week earlier, after the first site conversation.
“Talked to [prospect] yesterday. He has our quote of $25k. He has outgrown his building and is in the early stages of looking for new facility. If he doesn't find a new building to buy soon, i feel like he will strongly consider our coating. This was a great lead. He likes our coating, our price, everything.... If he stays i think he buys.”
Two weeks after launch, from a reply our system flagged as interested.
“Got passed to the VP of marketing and she booked in my calendly for 10/6. Spyfu estimates they have a ~$100k monthly ppc budget”
A reply alert our system posted at 01:00. The client booked it within the hour.
“New Reply! Lead Category: Interested. Profession: Legal. / Another / apt booked. These young lawyers are so much better in every way... / Hell yeah!”
The same pilot, first week.
“It is interesting that day 1 there were like 7 positive replies, which seemed completely crazy to me? Day 2, a single reply. Day 3, so far 3 replies, but 2 of them have been very low intent. But let's see how it shapes up, I guess there is always going to be a lot of statistical swings, especially early.”
A dealer group replied and the client saw a way into its other rooftops.
“[dealer group] has 4 rooftops - we've got [brands] - but [brand] is [competitor] and [brand] is [competitor]. let's find out why our CS has been so amazing that they want to bring the other stores to us!”
Prospect replies
Replies to our cold emails. Emails, companies and our sending domains are blurred.
Eight minutes after our email. Booked, and volunteered who they compete with.
“Booked for Monday! If it helps with your homework, my biggest competitor is [competitor]. They now have an army of sales teams after raising a $35 million Series A.”
45 minutes after the email, asking for a bid on a second building.
“I have another building at [address] that needs to be replaced or repaired with your special coating system. We are commercial industrial builders, and I'm familiar with the replacement cost but would like you to give us a bid.”
Reply to the first email about switching medical waste providers.
“Thank you for reaching out, We are interested in the waste services. How can we set up the business for pick up? If you have any questions please call me @ [phone].”Read the case study →
Came back months after the sequence ended, already evaluating outbound partners.
“You asked whether you had the wrong person. You had the right person. I just never replied. Picking it back up. We are evaluating a few partners for outbound. We build and run cold email in house already, so what I want to know is what you would do differently. If it lines up I will get time booked the same week.”
Booked the call on their own from the email.
“Thank you so much! I scheduled the meeting with Sofia. I am looking forward talking more about it. Have a great day!”
Asked for a same-day call.
“Can you call me later today? [phone]”
Reply to the fourth email in the sequence.
“Christian, Yes, I am interested. I am available tomorrow after. Please call the number below.”
Asked for the calendar invite in the first reply.
“Yes, that sounds worth it. And I would like to chat. Please share your calendar invite.”Read the case study →
Proposed the time herself.
“Let's set up that 15-min look. Would Monday at 10:30am work?”
Reply to a podcast-placement offer.
“I'd love to talk. Feel free to send some materials over. That sounds like a good fit for both of us.”
Reply to an email with three outreach ideas for their business.
“Amazing, booked for next week.”
Feedback on our work
What clients said about the copy, the lists and the strategy.
The CEO of a major music company replied to the sequence. Prospect details blurred.
“firstly, music executives sequence is bt far the best we ran, so many responses from Elite people, regards that [company] CEO [name] responded - BIG FISH! / I'm open to a conversation.”
End of a trial market, and a request to run campaigns for three sister companies.
“I believe there's a strong potential for us to partner with you on our upcoming campaigns. While the final decision will rest with our management, I can say that I'm personally very satisfied with the initial results we've seen so far. Just to note, under the [company] umbrella we have three other companies that could also benefit from your services.”
After we reviewed a recording of the client's own sales call and sent notes back.
“so much knowledge on sales, it's unbelievable / couldn't agree more / can't wait to share this with [name] / Will study this in more detail and we would be great if we can discuss more on the call / SUPER helpful”
Copy review before launch, by the client's own sales team.
“I've looked at them and they all read great to me. But the way they read is great! I'm throwing some of it into my cadences for sure / lets get it live.”
After we showed that niche sub-segments were outperforming broad ones by 10 to 12 times.
“AGREE on the sub-ICPs!!! Going through this is great - it's the "mentality of selling" - finding out that there is a difference in the markets and simple edits to the messaging to the vertical (roofer vs. landscaper) can affect the response.”
