We handle everything end-to-end — domain acquisition, mailbox provisioning, DNS authentication, warm-up, and ongoing monitoring. You get a fully managed sending infrastructure without needing to touch a single setting. We send you regular performance reports so you always know where things stand.
How many domains do I need?+
It depends on your sending volume. For most B2B companies doing 3,000–6,000 emails per month, we typically set up 4–7 domains with 2 mailboxes each. We'll scope the exact number when you submit your requirements or hop on a call.
What do I pay for?+
You only cover the infrastructure you own — domains, mailboxes, and sending platform subscriptions. We handle everything else for free: setup, DNS configuration, warm-up, monitoring, and ongoing management. There are no fees from us.
Can I use this with my existing sending platform?+
Absolutely. We configure infrastructure that works with SmartLead, Instantly, Saleshandy, Lemlist, or whatever you're using. If you're on our Compound Pipeline System, we handle the platform too.
What happens if a domain gets blacklisted?+
We catch it before it becomes a problem. Our daily monitoring detects reputation drops, blacklist appearances, and deliverability changes. Flagged domains are rotated out and replaced — usually before a single campaign is affected.
