Wiza Alternatives for Turning Sales Navigator Lists Into Emails

Summarize with AI

The strongest Wiza alternatives solve four different buying problems. Evaboot most closely matches a Sales Navigator search-to-clean-CSV workflow, while Skrapp has the clearest successful-result charging rule. Teams that also need phone and direct-email data should test Kaspr. La Growth Machine bundles enrichment with multichannel execution. Compare all four with the same approved list because their credits pay for different events, and no first-party percentage can replace a matched test on your market.

Wiza alternatives at a glance

Official pricing and product pages were checked on October 16, 2026. The table preserves each vendor's billing state and charging unit. Prices in different currencies and credits tied to different events should stay separate.

We did not submit a shared list to these providers, so this comparison does not rank accuracy, match rate, or deliverability. Vendor statuses use different definitions. Measure a charged Catch-all result, an exported row, and a fully enriched lead under their respective definitions.

Evaboot is the closest direct Wiza replacement

Evaboot starts with a Sales Navigator search or list, exports through its extension, cleans names and company data, then finds and verifies emails. The sequence turns a Sales Navigator audience into a cleaned file with email results, closely matching the Wiza workflow covered here.

Evaboot pricing showed $29 per month for 400 credits, $49 for 1,000, and $99 for 3,000. Displayed per-credit figures are $0.072, $0.049, and $0.033. The first figure is rounded because $29 divided by 400 equals $0.0725. Plans list unlimited seats and Sales Navigator accounts, and unused credits roll over while the subscription stays active.

For exports, one lead costs one credit and includes a verified email when Evaboot finds one. A lead with no email still costs one credit, as does an account export. The standalone Email Finder uses a different rule, charging only when an email is found, while the Email Verifier charges one credit for each address checked.

Evaboot publishes a maximum of 2,500 leads or 1,000 companies per search and requires an active Sales Navigator seat. Choose it when export cleaning and list-based operation carry more weight than avoiding no-result charges.

Skrapp has the clearest result-based meter

Skrapp supports Sales Navigator People Search, Lead Lists, Account Maps, and saved searches. Users can export to CSV or send records to an outreach tool. It fits teams working from those named Sales Navigator surfaces instead of isolated profile reveals.

Skrapp pricing showed a free plan with 50 credits and one user. At the captured 2,000-credit setting, Professional cost $39 per month or $29 per month on annual billing and included two users. Enterprise at 50,000 credits displayed $349 monthly or $262 per month on annual billing for 15 users. Paid plans showed rollover.

Skrapp says one credit can find one professional email marked Valid or Catch-all, or verify one email address. It charges Valid and Catch-all results. Invalid and Unknown results are free. At the 2,000-credit Professional setting, the subscription-to-allowance ratios are $0.0195 monthly and $0.0145 at the annual monthly equivalent.

Catch-all remains a billable status even though the receiving domain does not confirm the individual mailbox. Skrapp fits buyers who prioritize no-result charging, provided their acceptance process treats Catch-all separately from Valid.

Kaspr combines LinkedIn enrichment with more data types

Kaspr lets users add prospects from Sales Navigator, download searches, and send data to sales or CRM tools. Its pricing page describes bulk enrichment from Sales Navigator searches and combines B2B email, phone, direct-email, and export allowances.

The rendered page showed a EUR monthly state. Free included 15 B2B email credits, five phone credits, and five direct-email credits. Starter cost €59 per month per user with unlimited B2B email credits, 100 phone credits, five direct-email credits, Sales Navigator support, and up to 12,000 exports per year. Business cost €99 with 200 phone credits, 200 direct-email credits, and up to 30,000 exports per year.

Static first-party page data also exposed selectable US dollar pairs. Starter showed $49 as the annual monthly equivalent or $65 monthly. Business showed $79 on annual billing or $99 monthly. Keep currency and billing state attached to any quote instead of treating the figures as exchange-rate equivalents.

Public pricing does not clearly define how a no-result lookup interacts with the unlimited B2B-email entitlement, and export ceilings still constrain bulk work. Put those two questions into the buying test alongside the value of Kaspr's phone and direct-email data.

La Growth Machine bundles enrichment and outreach

La Growth Machine imports leads from LinkedIn Basic or Sales Navigator, enriches them with verified emails and profile data, and runs multichannel campaigns. Its pricing page describes a waterfall across nine email providers and two verification tools.

Current rendered monthly prices were €60 per identity for Basic with 250 enriched leads and €120 for Pro with 400. The annual selector showed €50 and €100 per month per identity. Simple subscription-to-allowance ratios are €0.24 and €0.30 for monthly Basic and Pro, or €0.20 and €0.25 at the annual monthly equivalents.

Those ratios buy more than email discovery. Plans include campaign automation and sending capacity, plus team access and LinkedIn engagement. Full enrichment costs five credits per lead according to the pricing page. Here, five refers to LGM credits; the reviewed text supplies no €5 top-up price, and its dynamic calculator did not expose a stable monetary top-up amount.

La Growth Machine can remove a separate campaign tool from the stack. A team that already has sequencing and reply operations may pay for overlapping scope.

Choose by charging event and operating boundary

Shortlist by the billable event your team can control. Skrapp gives the cleanest rule for uncharged Invalid and Unknown outcomes. Kaspr expands the data mix around LinkedIn work. La Growth Machine removes a separate campaign tool from the proposed stack.

Use this procurement sequence:

  1. Define the exact Sales Navigator surfaces and maximum list size.
  2. Mark the statuses your team will send, hold, suppress, or recheck.
  3. Record whether no-result rows and duplicates consume credits.
  4. Price seats, credits, export caps, rollover, and any separate Sales Navigator subscription.
  5. Measure accepted CRM records rather than raw exports.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
