RB2B Pricing: Plans, Limits, and Real Cost
Summarize with AI
RB2B pricing starts at $0, but the useful buying question is not whether you can install it for free. It is which visitor identity, monthly resolution volume, integration path, and geographic coverage your revenue team can actually use. The public ladder runs from Free at $0 for 150 monthly company resolutions to paid plans starting at $79, while Pro and Pro+ introduce richer output and more workflow options. Pricing and plan details were checked against RB2B's public pages on September 14, 2026.
What RB2B's Public Pricing Page Shows
The RB2B pricing page currently displays four plan families:
| Plan | Public monthly price | Included monthly resolutions | Publicly described output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 150 | Company-level identification and Slack delivery; no person-level ID, email addresses, or other integrations |
| Starter | $79 | 300 | Basic resolution, LinkedIn URLs to Slack or Teams, no email addresses, and no other integrations |
| Pro | $149 / $249 / $349 | 600 / 1,250 / 2,500 | Basic resolution, business email addresses, Slack delivery, and other integrations |
| Pro+ | From $199 | 600 at the starting tier | Premium resolution, identity graph waterfall, business email addresses, and other integrations |
The page also offers a seven-day full-featured Pro trial. Treat that as an evaluation window, not proof that the product fits your process. Seven days is enough to validate installation, output shape, routing, and a sample of eligible traffic. It is not necessarily enough to measure a complete sales cycle.
RB2B's price selector exposes all three Pro prices publicly. Pro+ exposes a longer volume selector but describes the price as starting at $199, so obtain the exact current price for your required Pro+ volume rather than extending the starting figure yourself.
Model Resolutions Against Eligible Traffic
A resolution is the billable unit shown on the pricing page. Your model should begin with traffic that is eligible for the type of identification you intend to use, not total website sessions.
Build three monthly cases:
expected resolutions = eligible visitors × observed resolution rate
Use a low, expected, and high case from a controlled trial. Keep repeat visitors separate until RB2B confirms how the account counts them in your configuration. Also separate company records from person records: one can support account prioritization without giving a rep a contact they can approach.
At Pro, the published overage is $0.25 per resolution. That makes the high case important. A plan with 600 included resolutions may be sensible if traffic occasionally exceeds the allowance, while sustained volume could make the 1,250 or 2,500 tier cleaner. Compare the selected tier with expected overages rather than defaulting to the lowest visible subscription.
Do not substitute RB2B's coverage percentages for your trial result. Those percentages are vendor claims, and traffic composition, geography, privacy controls, and audience mix affect what you observe. Your own denominator and output audit are the procurement evidence.
Choose Identity Depth Before Volume
Free, Starter, Pro, and Pro+ are not simply four quantities of the same output. The differences change what a team can do after a visit.
Free is a low-risk way to test company-level signals in Slack. Starter adds LinkedIn URL delivery to Slack or Teams but still excludes email addresses and the broader integration set described for Pro. Pro adds business email addresses and all other integrations shown on the plan card. Pro+ adds the vendor's premium resolution and identity graph waterfall.
Ask the team to define the action for each output before buying it:
- A company-only visit can trigger account research, advertising, or an alert to an existing account owner.
- A LinkedIn profile can support manual research, subject to your policies and applicable rules.
- A business email can enter enrichment or outreach only after suppression, qualification, and compliance checks.
- A repeat visit to a high-intent page may deserve a different route from a first visit to a blog post.
Our view: Pro+ should not be purchased on a better-match-rate headline alone. Buy it only when a controlled, same-traffic test shows that the additional usable records are worth more than the price difference and the extra review work.
Separate US Person Data From Global Company Data
The distinction between person and company identification is a hard operating boundary. RB2B's pricing matrix labels contact-level site identification as US-only and company-level site identification as global. Its GDPR explainer likewise describes person-level ID as a US technology resolving US data subjects.
That does not replace your own legal review. The explainer itself says it is not legal advice and tells customers to consult a privacy attorney. Before launch, document where the pixel runs, which visitors are eligible, what data enters downstream systems, how notices and opt-outs work, how long records remain, and which team owns deletion requests.
A multinational buyer should test geofencing and routing explicitly. Confirm what happens when location cannot be determined, how company-only international events are labeled, and whether downstream automations can prevent a company signal from being treated as a person record. Keep those controls in the implementation acceptance criteria.
Verify the Integration at Field Level
RB2B's integrations page describes HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, Clay, Zapier, webhooks, and outreach connections including Instantly, Smartlead, and HeyReach. The pricing matrix also names Slack, Teams, Apollo, and CSV export among its integrations.
A logo or product name confirms availability, not the exact behavior you need. Test:
- Which object is created or updated
- Whether account ownership is preserved
- Which source, page, session, and timestamp fields travel with the record
- How duplicates and repeat visitors are handled
- Whether suppression and exclusion lists run before outreach
- What happens when the CRM or webhook is unavailable
- Whether retries can create duplicate tasks or messages
- How a user can stop an automation quickly
Free and Starter intentionally restrict output paths, so include any manual transfer or middleware in the cost comparison. Pro may reduce handoffs, but only if its available integration supports your required objects and fields.
Add Domains and Operating Labor
The pricing matrix lists additional domains for Pro and Pro+ as "$99/mo (up to 5)." That wording is ambiguous: it does not make clear whether $99 covers a bundle of up to five additional domains or applies on another basis. Ask RB2B to state the quantity, price, and treatment of future domain additions in writing.
Then add the work around the subscription:
first-year operating cost = subscription + overages + domain charges + implementation + connected tools + operator labor
Implementation includes the pixel, consent configuration, exclusions, CRM mapping, alert rules, suppression logic, testing, and documentation. Recurring work includes reviewing signal quality, resolving duplicates, monitoring integrations, managing opt-outs, and deciding which visits justify action.
The software can reveal a signal. It does not define your ICP, decide whether a record is appropriate to contact, or maintain CRM discipline by itself. Those jobs need named owners.
Use the Seven-Day Trial as an Acceptance Test
Design the trial before installing the script. Choose representative pages, expected US and international traffic, a small set of known internal test visits, and the exact downstream destination.
Score the trial on evidence:
| Test | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|
| Installation | Pages where the script fired and where it did not |
| Identity output | Company/person status, geography, required fields, and duplicates |
| Routing | Destination, owner, timestamps, and retry behavior |
| Exclusions | Internal traffic, customers, competitors, and suppression records |
| Actionability | Records accepted, rejected, and the reason for each decision |
| Control | Stop procedure, access roles, export, and deletion process |
Ask RB2B to confirm billing start, downgrade timing, overage treatment during and after trial, data retention, export scope, and cancellation mechanics. A successful test ends with a written operating decision, not a busy Slack channel.
The RB2B Pricing Decision
Free is the sensible starting point for a company-signal experiment. Starter fits a team that can act through Slack or Teams and LinkedIn research without email output. Pro is the clearer operational tier when business emails and CRM or automation integrations are required. Pro+ deserves a side-by-side test when premium resolution could create materially more usable records.
Choose the smallest plan that supports the required identity, geography, route, and measured volume. Keep uncertain charges marked "written confirmation required," particularly higher Pro+ volumes and the additional-domain wording. The lowest subscription is not the lowest-cost choice if operators spend hours repairing routing or rejecting irrelevant records; the richest plan is not better if nobody owns the follow-up.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are they month-to-month once proven, or hiding behind a long contract? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? Avoid long contracts, vague reporting, and agencies that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
