LeadLeaper Pricing: Plans, Credits, and Prospecting Cost
Summarize with AI
LeadLeaper pricing currently runs from a free plan with 100 email credits to Professional at $69 per month with 10,000. Starter costs $29 for 1,000 credits, and Basic costs $49 for 3,000. LeadLeaper says it uses a credit only when it supplies a business email, with no extra credit for a company phone number, sending email, or exporting. We would start on Basic only if the team needs its sending connections. Otherwise, Starter is the cleaner paid test. Choose Professional when the team will use its controls, automated CRM movement, or 10,000-credit capacity.
LeadLeaper Pricing by Plan
We checked the current LeadLeaper pricing page and terms on October 28, 2026. The paid allowances are inserted into the pricing page from its own JavaScript variables, while the visible cards supply the monthly prices and plan differences.
| Plan | Public monthly price | Email credits per month | Included capacity cost | Integration and workflow boundary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 | $0 | Email finder and selected lead export |
| Starter | $29 | 1,000 | $0.0290 per credit | Email finder, lead export, duplicate detection, and unlimited export credits |
| Basic | $49 | 3,000 | $0.01633 per credit | Adds Leads Manager, sales CRM, Office 365 and Google Workspace connections, sequences, templates, and engagement tracking |
| Professional | $69 | 10,000 | $0.0069 per credit | Adds team lead management, Virtual Assistant, reply tracking, sender management, team controls, and CRM push and pull auto-sync |
The included capacity cost is price divided by the maximum monthly email credits. Use it to compare plan capacity. Effective prospect cost requires the team's accepted-record count.
The pricing page also names HubSpot auto-synchronization in its integrations menu. It does not clearly assign that named integration to a specific plan. Professional is the only current card that explicitly lists CRM push and pull auto-sync, so a HubSpot buyer should ask which objects, directions, and plan are included before approving a budget.
The Billable Event Is a Supplied Business Email
LeadLeaper's published rule is direct: a credit is used when LeadLeaper provides a business email address. It says company phone numbers do not cost another credit, and using LeadLeaper to email a prospect does not consume another one. It also says users can export or synchronize records without buying export credits.
These actions have different cost treatment:
| Action or result | Published credit treatment |
|---|---|
| View or capture a profile with no business email supplied | No email-credit event stated |
| LeadLeaper supplies a business email | 1 credit |
| Company phone number is also supplied | No additional credit |
| Email the prospect through LeadLeaper | No additional credit |
| Export or synchronize a record | No export credit required |
| Reject the record under your own role, employer, duplicate, or data-quality rule | No published credit refund or reversal |
LeadLeaper's public rule does not make your internal acceptance decision part of billing. A supplied email can consume one credit even if the record later fails role fit, current-employer review, duplicate handling, suppression, or your quality threshold.
LeadLeaper calls supplied business emails verified, but the public pages we reviewed do not define verification statuses, catch-all treatment, methodology, last-verified timing, or a bounce-credit policy. Our separate LeadLeaper Chrome extension review covers that evidence gap and the capture route. For pricing, treat every supplied email as a potential charge and every accepted record as a separate operational outcome.
Effective Cost Depends on Accepted Records
Use two rates for the purchase decision:
- Included credit cost = plan charge / included email credits.
- Effective accepted-record cost = total LeadLeaper charge for the period / records that pass your acceptance rules.
The first rate compares package capacity. The second shows what the team paid for usable prospect records. It rises when supplied emails belong to the wrong role, reflect an old employer, duplicate an existing contact, or must remain suppressed. It can also rise when a team buys more monthly credits than it uses.
Our opinion is that Professional's $0.0069 included credit rate is a weak reason to upgrade by itself. A team using only 1,000 successful lookups wastes the apparent unit-rate advantage. Professional makes more sense when observed volume approaches its allowance or its team and CRM controls replace work the buyer would otherwise pay people or another tool to perform.
If your process needs separate verification states or another charging model, compare the meter with our GetProspect pricing analysis. Do not compare plan labels alone. Compare the event that spends money and the record state that your CRM accepts.
Fillable LeadLeaper Cost Worksheet
Complete one worksheet for a normal month and another for a high-volume month. Use an actual invoice or written quote for the charge. Leave unknown fields blank rather than filling them with a hoped-for discount or rollover balance.
| Worksheet field | Your input | Calculation or decision |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | ______ | Free / Starter / Basic / Professional |
| Billing cadence | ______ | Monthly / quoted annual term |
| Number of paid users | ______ | Confirm whether the public plan price is per account, per user, or otherwise defined in the order |
| Public or quoted subscription charge for the period | $______ | Use the amount payable for this period |
| Taxes or mandatory fees | $______ | Use checkout or invoice, not an estimate |
| Total LeadLeaper charge | $______ | Subscription charge + taxes + mandatory fees |
| Included email credits | ______ | Use the plan card or written quote |
| Opening available credit balance | ______ | Record from the account |
| Profiles processed | ______ | Count all profiles attempted |
| Business emails supplied | ______ | Expected credit-consuming events |
| Credits shown as consumed | ______ | Reconcile with the balance |
| Records rejected as duplicates | ______ | Apply your CRM's definition |
| Records rejected for role or account mismatch | ______ | Apply your ICP rule |
| Records rejected for data quality or suppression | ______ | Apply your sending and compliance rule |
| Records accepted into the CRM | ______ | Count only records cleared for the intended workflow |
| Effective cost per supplied email | $______ | Total LeadLeaper charge / business emails supplied |
| Effective cost per accepted record | $______ | Total LeadLeaper charge / accepted records |
| Unused included credits | ______ | Included credits - credits consumed, if the plan grants them per period |
| Manual review and cleanup cost | $______ | Reviewer hours x loaded hourly cost |
| Combined accepted-record cost | $______ | (LeadLeaper charge + review and cleanup cost) / accepted records |
Do not divide when the denominator is zero. A month with no supplied emails or no accepted records should be flagged for investigation rather than converted into a misleading unit cost.
Team and Annual Discounts Need a Written Quote
LeadLeaper says subscription discounts are available for teams of five or more users. It also says annual subscriptions include a discount and are available on request. The public page does not publish either discount amount, an annual total, annual credit timing, seat rules, minimum annual commitment, or whether annual terms change cancellation rights.
Ask sales to complete these fields in writing:
- total contract value and amount due at signing;
- number of users, shared versus individual credit pools, and any seat minimum;
- credits granted each month or up front for the year;
- treatment of unused credits at renewal, downgrade, and cancellation;
- price and process for capacity above the included allowance;
- plan entitlement for HubSpot and any other required CRM;
- renewal date, notice window, and refund terms.
The current pricing FAQ describes subscriptions as month to month and cancellable online. The terms, last modified January 21, 2021, say paid subscriptions renew each month until the subscriber asks to cancel, after which a qualifying account converts to Free. Those terms do not explain the annual offer now available by request. The signed annual order should settle billing, renewal, cancellation, and credit timing before payment.
Policy and Integration Choices Can Change Total Cost
Basic and Professional connect to Office 365 and Google Workspace for sending. Professional adds sender and team controls plus advertised CRM push and pull auto-sync. Those entitlements can reduce manual movement only after the buyer verifies fields, object coverage, duplicate rules, overwrite behavior, and whether suppression data survives the sync.
The extension route also creates a cost boundary. LinkedIn's published rules restrict browser extensions used to scrape or copy service data, so an account owner may reject the workflow or require a different research route. That decision can make the purchased capacity unusable or add replacement and rework costs. Keep the policy review in the extension assessment rather than treating Chrome availability as approval.
For a paid pilot, we would set four release conditions: the credit ledger reconciles, accepted-record cost fits the budget, the required integration preserves CRM controls, and the account owner approves the capture route. LeadLeaper is compelling on public price and a narrow email-result meter. Its cheapest-looking tier is still the wrong tier if the team cannot use the records or the workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
