Meet Alfred Pricing: Plans, Seat Costs, and What Each Tier Unlocks
Summarize with AI
Meet Alfred pricing starts at $59 per seat each month for Individual, $99 for Business, and $79 for Teams. Teams starts at three seats, so its monthly entry cost is $237. Unlimited uses a custom quote. The annual option looks cheaper, but the official page currently publishes two conflicting sets of annual rates. A team budgeting LinkedIn outreach should use the monthly and quarterly figures for comparison, then require a written annual total before approving prepayment.
Meet Alfred pricing by plan and billing term
We checked the official Meet Alfred pricing page on October 12, 2026. Its interactive USD calculator displayed the following per-seat rates:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Quarterly billing, monthly equivalent | Annual billing, monthly equivalent | Minimum shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $59 | $47 | $35 | 1 seat |
| Business | $99 | $79 | $59 | 1 seat |
| Teams | $79 | $63 | $47 | 3 seats |
| Unlimited | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Meet Alfred labels the quarterly option as 20% off and the annual option as 40% off. The calculator showed quarterly totals of $142 for Individual, $238 for Business, and $570 for a three-seat Teams account. Its annual totals were $425, $713, and $1,707 respectively.
Those totals do not always equal the displayed rounded monthly rate multiplied by the billing period. That makes the order total more useful for budgeting than the large monthly-equivalent number.
Why the annual Meet Alfred prices are uncertain
The current page contains a material conflict. Its live calculator and visible comparison table displayed annual monthly equivalents of $35 for Individual, $59 for Business, and $47 for Teams. Static comparison text and the page's structured offer data listed $29, $49, and $39 for the same plans.
Both sets appear on the official page, and the page advertises a 40% annual reduction. We cannot determine from that page which set would control an invoice. Choosing the lower values would turn an unresolved publishing error into a budget assumption.
Our opinion is direct: Meet Alfred's annual plan is not procurement-ready from public pricing alone. Ask sales to confirm the annual amount, taxes or fees, renewal rate, and seat-change rules in writing. Keep a dated copy of the quote with the approval record.
What each Meet Alfred plan unlocks
The pricing page's comparison table supplies the capability facts below. The fit recommendations are our editorial judgment, not claims from Meet Alfred.
Individual covers a narrow LinkedIn workflow
Individual includes 1,000 Lead Finder results, AI lead search, LinkedIn automation for Basic and Premium accounts, the smart LinkedIn inbox, reply management, campaign analytics, and unlimited actions within a sequence. It does not include Sales Navigator support, lead import and export, email automation, multichannel automation, unlimited campaigns, InMail automation, or CRM integrations.
Choose Individual only when one user needs a LinkedIn-focused workflow and can work within those boundaries. If CSV movement, email steps, or Sales Navigator is part of the requirement, the cheaper tier creates an immediate upgrade need.
Business adds multichannel execution and integrations
Business raises Lead Finder to 5,000 results. It adds Sales Navigator, lead imports and exports, email automation, multichannel sequences, unlimited campaigns, InMail, LinkedIn group and event campaigns, social post scheduling, attachments, social analytics, general CRM integrations, Zapier, X, email, and webhooks.
Business still excludes the team management layer. The public table marks native Salesforce, native HubSpot, user management, roles, team inbox management, team analytics, exportable reports, white label, priority support, and onboarding as unavailable on this tier.
Business is the practical starting point for a single operator who needs email or Sales Navigator. A logo under "CRM integrations" is not enough for a buying decision, so demonstrate the exact fields, update direction, reply pause, and owner assignment your workflow requires.
Teams adds controls for multiple users
Teams includes 10,000 Lead Finder results and the Business capabilities. It adds native Salesforce and HubSpot, multiple-user management, groups, roles and permissions, team campaign management, a shared inbox, team analytics, exportable reports, white label, priority support, a dedicated account manager, onboarding, and private training.
The calculator starts Teams at three seats and will not reduce the count below three. At monthly billing, that means a $237 starting subtotal. Teams is the relevant tier when a manager must control access or review activity across several senders. It is unnecessary overhead for a single user who only needs the Business channel set.
Unlimited is a sales-led volume tier
Unlimited has custom pricing and a tailored quote. The public comparison table gives it the same broad feature access as Teams, while its card promotes unlimited seats, volume pricing, white-glove onboarding, a dedicated success manager, priority support, and a premium service agreement.
A custom label does not establish a better unit price. Ask for the seat bands, included support, overage rules, contract term, renewal basis, and data-export rights. Compare that quote with the cost of Teams at the actual number of active sending accounts.
LinkedIn policy changes the buying decision
LinkedIn's official guidance says it does not permit third-party software that scrapes, modifies, or automates activity on its website. LinkedIn names bots, browser plug-ins, and extensions among its examples. It also says members using prohibited tools risk account restriction or shutdown.
Meet Alfred publishes controls for campaign activity. Its daily-limit documentation says the settings apply globally across campaigns, reset at midnight in the selected cloud time zone, and allocate capacity across campaigns with older campaigns receiving priority. These are vendor product settings. They are not LinkedIn-approved limits and do not remove the policy risk.
How to budget the full team cost
Start with the number of LinkedIn accounts that will actually send, not the number of people who want reporting access. Then map every required capability to a tier. Email or Sales Navigator moves a single user toward Business, while roles, shared oversight, native Salesforce or HubSpot, and team reporting move the purchase toward Teams.
Add costs outside the subscription only when they belong to the intended workflow. That can include email mailboxes, data sources, CRM work, reply coverage, training time, and the cost of replacing interrupted account access. Keep those line items separate from Meet Alfred's published fee so the software comparison remains honest.
Run one controlled workflow before annual prepayment. Confirm that combined campaigns obey the account-level setting, a reply stops the right steps, ownership reaches the CRM, and the team can export the records it needs. Our MeetAlfred alternatives comparison can help if the plan boundary or pricing uncertainty sends you back to the shortlist.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
