MeetAlfred Alternatives: LinkedIn Outreach Tools Compared for B2B Teams
Summarize with AI
The strongest MeetAlfred alternatives are Expandi for conditional cloud workflows, Dripify for clearly packaged per-seat plans, and Waalaxy for a lower annual entry price with published monthly invitation allowances. But LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized tools that automate activity on its platform. That rule applies to MeetAlfred and every alternative in this comparison. A dedicated IP, usage cap, cloud environment, or randomized delay does not grant permission or remove the risk of account restriction.
MeetAlfred alternatives compared
This comparison uses official LinkedIn and vendor pages checked on October 11, 2026. We did not connect LinkedIn accounts or run campaigns in these products. Product behavior and limits below are vendor-documented claims; the buying recommendations are our editorial judgment.
| Tool | Published price | Operating model | Documented limits | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MeetAlfred | Individual from $59 monthly; Business from $99 monthly; Teams from $79 per seat monthly with a three-seat minimum | Vendor-described cloud platform with LinkedIn, email, InMail, X, and team workflows | Global daily settings vary by LinkedIn membership and are shared across campaigns | Teams wanting broad channel coverage in one product |
| Expandi | $99 monthly or $79 monthly on annual billing | Cloud platform with conditional LinkedIn and email sequences and a dedicated country-based IP | Configurable ranges and vendor-described warm-up | Teams prioritizing branching workflows and agency controls |
| Dripify | $59, $79, or $99 per user monthly; annual rates from $39 per user monthly | Cloud product with LinkedIn and email sequences | Basic lists 20 connection requests and 30 messages daily; Pro and Advanced list 75 requests and 100+ messages | Teams wanting clear plan boundaries and public action quotas |
| Waalaxy | From €39 monthly or €19 monthly on annual billing | Chrome extension distribution with LinkedIn workflows; Business adds email | Pro lists 300 invitations monthly; Advanced and Business list 800 | Price-sensitive teams willing to validate extension dependencies |
These prices are not directly equivalent. MeetAlfred Teams starts with three seats, Expandi publishes a separate custom agency route for 10 or more teams, Dripify prices one LinkedIn account per seat, and Waalaxy reserves email for Business. Compare the configured workflow, not the smallest number in each pricing table.
LinkedIn policy is the first buying constraint
LinkedIn says it does not permit third-party software that scrapes, modifies, or automates activity on its website. Its examples include bots, browser plug-ins, and extensions. LinkedIn also says members using prohibited tools risk account restriction or shutdown.
That policy is separate from product controls. MeetAlfred describes human-like behavior, cloud execution, and account limits. Expandi describes warm-up and configurable ranges. Dripify describes a dedicated local IP and configurable working hours. Waalaxy describes timing controls and invitation allowances. These features may change how a product operates, but none overrides LinkedIn's terms.
Where MeetAlfred fits before you replace it
MeetAlfred's pricing page positions Individual as a LinkedIn-focused plan, Business as the multichannel plan, and Teams as the management layer. The live calculator showed these monthly prices when checked:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Quarterly display | Annual display | Main boundary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $59 per user/month | $47 per user/month | $35 per user/month | LinkedIn automation and 1,000 Lead Finder results; no Sales Navigator, email automation, CRM integrations, or unlimited campaigns |
| Business | $99 per user/month | $79 per user/month | $59 per user/month | Adds Sales Navigator, imports and exports, email, X, multichannel sequences, CRM integrations, Zapier, and webhooks |
| Teams | $79 per seat/month | $63 per seat/month | $47 per seat/month | Three-seat minimum shown; adds roles, team inbox and analytics, reports, white label, native Salesforce and HubSpot, and managed support |
| Unlimited | Custom | Custom | Custom | Higher-volume route with the Teams-level feature set |
The pricing page has a material conflict. Its live calculator displayed annual rates of $35, $59, and $47 for Individual, Business, and Teams, while static comparison text and structured data on the same page listed $29, $49, and $39. The page also promotes a 40% annual discount. Do not choose the cheaper set or infer the final invoice. Ask MeetAlfred to confirm the seat count, billing interval, currency, annual total, renewal price, and cancellation terms in writing.
MeetAlfred's daily-limit documentation says limits are global settings allocated across campaigns, reset at midnight in the selected cloud time zone, and prioritize older campaigns. It publishes different ceilings by LinkedIn membership. Those are product settings, not LinkedIn-approved thresholds.
Our view: keep MeetAlfred on the shortlist only when its broad channel coverage and packaged team layer remove other tools from the workflow. If the purchase is mainly for basic LinkedIn sequences, its pricing conflict and extra channel surface create more procurement work than value.
Expandi is the strongest alternative for conditional cloud workflows
Expandi's pricing page lists Business at $99 per month or $79 per month with annual billing, plus a seven-day trial. Its agency and white-label route for 10 or more teams uses custom pricing.
The product documents cloud execution, a dedicated country-based IP, LinkedIn and email sequences, unlimited campaigns, campaign prioritization, dynamic personalization, and conditional actions. Agency features include roles, shared templates, reporting, and white labeling. That package is a closer operational substitute for MeetAlfred Business or Teams than a basic sequencer.
Expandi also promotes configurable activity ranges, warm-up, and a Mobile Connector campaign that it says can allow another 100 weekly requests. Treat those as vendor claims. They do not establish permission from LinkedIn, and the Mobile Connector claim should not be used as a forecast of durable account capacity.
Choose Expandi when conditional paths and centralized campaign operations matter more than MeetAlfred's wider set of social channels. During a trial, confirm who can change limits, how multiple campaigns share one account's capacity, what happens when a prospect replies, and which events reach the CRM.
Dripify has the clearest public per-seat packaging
Dripify's pricing page lists Basic at $59, Pro at $79, and Advanced at $99 per user per month. Annual billing displays $39, $59, and $79 per user per month. The page advertises a seven-day trial without a card.
All three paid tiers include LinkedIn and email sequences plus 100 monthly email-finder credits. Pro adds unlimited campaigns, an inbox, CSV handling, webhooks, HubSpot, API access, and MCP. Advanced adds multi-team management, A/B tests, lead tagging, evergreen campaigns, and more controls. One seat connects one LinkedIn account.
Dripify publishes daily maxima of 20 connection requests and 30 messages on Basic, then 75 requests and 100 or more messages on Pro and Advanced. These figures make plan comparison easier, but they remain product limits rather than permission or a prediction of enforcement.
The included email-finder credits expire after 30 days and do not roll over, according to the pricing page. Extra packs are separately priced. Model that spend only if email discovery is part of the intended workflow; otherwise it is an included feature with no purchasing value.
Dripify suits a simple one-account-per-seat model when the required integrations fit on Pro or Advanced. Verify field direction and ownership in HubSpot before purchase rather than treating the integration logo as proof of a complete handoff.
Waalaxy offers the lowest published annual entry point
Waalaxy's pricing page lists Pro at €39 monthly, Advanced at €99, and Business at €139 per user. Its annual selector displays €19, €49, and €69 per user per month. Quarterly prices sit between those figures. Waalaxy also advertises a 14-day trial.
All tiers include campaigns, templates, LinkedIn follow-ups, CSV support, and imports from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite. Advanced adds API access and Make, Zapier, and n8n modules. Business adds cold email and combined LinkedIn plus email campaigns.
Waalaxy publishes 300 monthly invitations on Pro and 800 on Advanced and Business. It includes 25 monthly email-finder credits on Pro and Advanced and 500 on Business. Its LinkedIn Inbox is a separately paid add-on, but the reviewed public page did not display the add-on price.
Waalaxy is distributed through a Chrome extension. The official pages reviewed did not clearly establish whether every campaign action continues after Chrome and the computer are closed. Ask for a live demonstration of closed-browser behavior and failure recovery. Do not assume an extension-led workflow behaves like an independently running cloud product.
Waalaxy earns a trial when the annual entry price and explicit monthly invitation allowance matter and the extension dependency fits your controls. Business is the relevant comparison if email is required.
How to choose without buying another disconnected tool
Use five tests in the buying meeting:
- Accept the policy exposure. Record who owns the decision to connect a LinkedIn account and what happens if access is restricted.
- Demonstrate account-level enforcement. Run two campaigns against one sender, lower the limit, and confirm that combined activity stops at the shared ceiling.
- Trace one reply. Follow a test prospect from invitation through reply, owner assignment, CRM update, pause logic, and opt-out.
- Price the required tier. Include minimum seats, annual prepayment, email credits, inbox add-ons, CRM access, proxies, and implementation work.
- Test exit. Export prospects, conversation state, suppression data, and reports into systems your company controls.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
