Zopto Pricing Now Redirects to Zeekeo: Current Costs
Summarize with AI
Use current Zeekeo Launchpad rates for a new purchase rather than historical Zopto prices. The old Zopto pricing route redirects to Zeekeo, where Launchpad DIY starts at $149 per billed seat on monthly billing or $120 per seat per month when billed as $360 quarterly. Volume pricing lowers the displayed unit rate, and a separate Done-For-You service starts at $600 per month. The redirect establishes the current buying route, but public first-party sources do not establish that Zopto was formally renamed to Zeekeo or explain how old contracts moved.
Current Zopto pricing means Zeekeo Launchpad pricing
We checked the old Zopto pricing route, Zeekeo pricing, Launchpad checkout, the current terms, Zeekeo Academy documents, and LinkedIn policy pages on October 27, 2026. The Zopto URL resolves to Zeekeo's homepage rather than a Zopto plan table.
The redirect proves only that the buying path moved. It cannot substantiate a legal rename, acquisition, or automatic transfer of a customer's old entitlement. Zeekeo's public pages inspected for this article did not explain the corporate transition. If you hold a Zopto agreement, ask which entity invoices you and which terms govern renewal. Also confirm whether any historical rate or service commitment survives.
Launchpad DIY is priced by billed user seat:
| Billed seats | Monthly billing | Quarterly billing | Quarterly invoice per seat |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $149/seat/month | $120/seat/month equivalent | $360 |
| 2 to 5 | $134/seat/month | $108/seat/month equivalent | $324 |
| 6 to 10 | $127/seat/month | $102/seat/month equivalent | $306 |
| 11 to 15 | $119/seat/month | $95/seat/month equivalent | $285 |
| 16 to 20 | $112/seat/month | $90/seat/month equivalent | $270 |
| 21 to 24 | $104/seat/month | $84/seat/month equivalent | $252 |
| 25 or more | Contact sales | Contact sales | Custom |
Multiply each unit rate by the number of billed seats in the band. Ten seats at the published quarterly rate, for example, produce a $3,060 quarterly invoice before tax or other charges.
The quarterly discount has three public versions
At one seat, Launchpad checkout displays $120 per seat per month, a $447 list amount, an $87 quarterly discount, and $360 due per quarter. The $120 figure is a monthly equivalent rather than the whole quarterly charge.
Zeekeo's public surfaces do not describe the discount consistently. The homepage says quarterly billing saves 15%, while the pricing page says "Save 20%+." The checkout reduction from $447 to $360 is about 19.5%. Higher seat-band badges can show savings of 30% to 50% because they compare the combined volume and cadence reduction with the $149 one-seat monthly price.
Do not apply a 50% discount to the lower seat-band price. Budget from the displayed unit rate and actual invoice total. Save the checkout record with the seat count, cadence, tax treatment, first charge, and renewal amount.
Managed service and extra costs sit outside the seat table
Zeekeo presents Done-For-You as a separate managed service starting at $600 per month. Price comparisons should keep it outside the Launchpad software tiers because the word "starting" leaves the final scope and price open. White-label pricing is also unpublished and depends on the account or order form.
The homepage displayed promo code 1MONTHFREE during review, but the public copy did not provide complete eligibility or expiry conditions. Treat it as a checkout promotion, not a permanent reduction in total contract cost.
The Zeekeo terms allow charges beyond the subscription. Potential additions include taxes, processing fees, advertising spend, data, third-party software, phone-number provisioning, setup, onboarding, and implementation. A buyer comparing Zopto cost with another product should separate software seats from managed labor and pass-through services.
Billing terms matter when seats change
Zeekeo markets "No long contracts" and "Cancel anytime," while its terms say DIY subscriptions can renew automatically until cancelled. Fees and unused subscription time are non-refundable. Removing a seat results in a credit on the next invoice rather than a cash refund unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
DIY and Done-For-You services require separate cancellation. Checkout terms, proposals, order forms, statements of work, or another agreement can add conditions. The public terms do not state a cancellation cutoff, required cancellation method, renewal reminder, or exact time when cancellation becomes effective.
Test the billed-seat control before a larger purchase. Zeekeo's seat management guide separates adding users from adjusting billed seats. Public documentation does not clearly promise that one billed seat always maps to exactly one connected LinkedIn profile. Add a test user and change the billed-seat count. Then remove access and reconcile the next invoice.
Launchpad capacity is not one simple outreach limit
Zeekeo's account connection guide tells a user to connect LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, select a proxy location, optionally enable auto-reconnect, and wait for synchronization. Its campaign source guide publishes source-import limits of 2,500 Sales Navigator profiles per day per campaign, 1,000 profiles per LinkedIn search with 2,500 per day, and roughly 80 to 100 direct profile URLs per day.
The import limits do not authorize the same number of invitations or messages. The public documents inspected did not publish numeric caps for connection requests, messages, profile views, follows, likes, email sends, calls, enrichment, API use, or storage. Zeekeo's workflow guide also says up to 800 Open Profiles per month may receive free InMail. That allowance applies to a specific workflow rather than every campaign action.
A procurement worksheet should keep source imports, LinkedIn actions, email sends, call tasks, and enrichment in separate rows. Ask which limits are hard stops, which can change, and which are inherited from a connected service.
Multi-seat controls help operations, not platform authorization
For accounts with at least two seats, user grouping can stop another grouped account from contacting the same person during a lock period. The published defaults are 60 days for invitations, 180 days for sequences, and 90 days for either InMail or email. A multi-seat blacklist can apply to selected users, groups, or the whole account.
These controls can reduce duplicate outreach. The public evidence does not establish a shared action budget across manual and automated work or automatic propagation of every legal opt-out. It also leaves granular role permissions, immutable audit history, SSO, SCIM, offboarding exports, proxy ownership, and session credential handling unresolved.
Our opinion is that Launchpad should be treated as an execution tool with useful collision controls, not as a complete governance layer. Run a small multi-seat test with one duplicate prospect, one blacklisted record, a removed user, and an active reply before scaling.
LinkedIn policy remains the controlling risk
LinkedIn's automation guidance says it does not permit third-party software or browser extensions that scrape, modify, or automate activity on LinkedIn. Its prohibited software guidance warns that accounts using such tools risk restriction. The LinkedIn User Agreement prohibits unauthorized automated access, automated messaging or engagement, scraping, and bypassing access controls or use limits.
A selected proxy location, auto-reconnect setting, schedule, delay, import cap, or blacklist does not grant authorization. Buyers need to make the policy decision before connecting a revenue-critical profile and document what happens if LinkedIn restricts it.
Our LinkedIn prospecting tools guide provides a broader category comparison. Teams that need LinkedIn and email in one controlled operating model should also define CRM ownership, suppression, reply routing, and recovery rather than selecting on seat price alone. Our outbound services cover that full system.
Run four checks before committing
Use the published seat bands for the first budget, then test the parts the price card cannot settle. Reconcile checkout against the invoice. Run a duplicate and blacklist test, inspect a live reply, and complete the cancellation path. Before adding Launchpad seats, obtain the cancellation effective date, renewal amount, action limits, and treatment of removed-seat credits in writing.
Our opinion is that Zeekeo deserves a shortlist when a team accepts LinkedIn policy risk and needs volume-based seat pricing with collision controls. Buyers seeking documented enterprise governance or a policy-compliant route for LinkedIn automation should not approve it from the public materials alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
