Summarize with AI

Taplio pricing starts at $39 per month for Starter, rises to $69 for Growth, and reaches $199 for Pro. Annual invoices are $384, $588, and $1,788. Scheduling is available across the plans, so the buying decision turns on AI credits, engagement tools, contact workflows, and whether the team needs Pro for its lead database and automated outreach.

Taplio pricing by plan

We checked Taplio's pricing page and current first-party help documents on October 18, 2026. Prices apply per account or license and exclude applicable taxes. Annual totals are charged upfront rather than as monthly payments.

PlanMonthly billingAnnual invoiceAnnual monthly equivalentMain buying boundary
Starter$39/month$384$32/monthNo Expert-mode AI credits
Growth$69/month$588$49/month250 Expert-mode AI credits and 500 reply credits
Pro$199/month$1,788$149/monthLead database plus automated outreach

The visible annual badge says 25% off, but the published totals do not produce the same percentage on every plan. Starter saves $84 against 12 monthly payments, or about 18%. Growth saves $240, or about 29%. Pro saves $600, or about 25%. These are our calculations from Taplio's displayed amounts, not additional vendor discounts.

The safest budget uses the exact annual invoice shown at checkout. Do not apply one headline percentage to a different plan or assume that a future renewal will keep today's rate.

Starter covers publishing without Expert-mode AI

Starter costs $39 on monthly billing or $384 for a year. Taplio's current plan guide positions it around content creation with the user's own writing, post scheduling, drafts, analytics, and an inspiration library. Scheduling does not require an upgrade to Growth or Pro.

Starter does not include Expert-mode AI credits or reply credits. That makes it suitable when the user already has a writing process and wants a LinkedIn calendar plus performance review. It is a poor fit when the purchase case depends on Taplio generating the posts or suggested replies.

Starter's contact tools present a current conflict. Taplio's live comparison table excludes the row labeled "Build lists of contacts" from Starter. A help article updated in October 2026 says Starter includes contact lists, CSV export, and push to lemlist. Do not settle that conflict by choosing the more generous wording. Capture the checkout matrix and ask Taplio to confirm the exact Starter entitlement in writing.

Starter should pass a simple acceptance test: draft from approved source material, schedule to the correct profile, preserve the final text and media, publish at the intended time, and retain enough analytics to support the next content decision. If those steps work, paying for AI or lead access may add cost without fixing a real problem.

Growth adds AI and contact workflow capacity

Growth costs $69 monthly or $588 annually. It includes 250 Expert-mode AI credits per month and 500 reply credits. Taplio's credit documentation says rewriting, post generation, hook generation, Ask Taplio or AI Edit messages, and reply generation each consume a credit. Credits renew on the first day of the month.

After Expert-mode credits run out, Taplio says the account switches to unlimited Faster mode. That means Growth does not lose all AI access after 250 uses, but the mode changes. A buyer should test both modes on the same source material and decide whether the faster output still meets the editorial standard.

Growth also adds organization management, Zapier, extension-based contact saving, and contact-list workflows on the current public materials. Together, they can connect LinkedIn activity with a wider process, but they do not establish universal native CRM synchronization. Define the exact route, destination, fields, and failure alert rather than treating a Zapier connection as a complete CRM implementation.

The price step from Starter to Growth is $30 under monthly billing. On annual invoices, the difference is $204 per year, or $17 per month in monthly-equivalent terms. The upgrade buys several capabilities at once, so dividing that difference by 250 does not produce a genuine AI credit price.

Choose Growth when the team will use Expert-mode AI, reply support, contact saving, or Zapier every month. Remain on Starter when scheduling and analytics already solve the problem.

Pro adds the lead database and automated outreach

Pro costs $199 monthly or $1,788 annually. Its first-party plan guide lists unlimited Expert-mode AI credits and unlimited reply credits under a fair-use condition. "Unlimited" therefore describes normal included access, not an absence of policy or technical limits.

The Lead Database documentation says Pro includes more than three million enriched LinkedIn profiles. Users can add records to lists, export them to CSV, or push them to lemlist. Pro also supports importing people who engaged with a post and automated transfer of newly added contacts into lemlist campaigns.

Taplio's current pricing matrix places automated direct messages, bulk direct messages, automatic connection requests, and bulk connection requests on Pro. Those functions change the risk profile of the purchase. A content calendar and a LinkedIn outreach system need separate permissions, volume controls, review ownership, and platform-policy assessment.

The jump from Growth to Pro is $130 per month under monthly billing. Annual invoices differ by $1,200, or $100 per month in monthly-equivalent terms. Approve that step only when lead discovery or an explicitly governed outreach workflow produces value unavailable from the content and engagement tools.

Team discounts need checkout confirmation

Taplio's discount documentation publishes a 10% team discount from two seats, 15% from 11 seats, and 20% from 51 seats. It says the team discount begins on the next billing cycle and that discounts cannot be combined.

The live pricing page separately promotes savings of up to 30% for teams. That statement does not reconcile with the help article's highest listed 20% tier. Do not put 30% into a budget without a matching quote.

At monthly list price, two Growth seats less 10% calculate to $124.20 per month. Eleven less 15% calculate to $645.15, and 51 less 20% calculate to $2,815.20. These examples are our arithmetic, not Taplio quotes. They also should not be stacked with annual discounts because the help page says only one discount applies to a subscription at a time.

Request a written order with seat count, plan, discount basis, start date, first charge, renewal price, and the process for adding or removing a licensed account. A team discount that appears one cycle later can make the first invoice higher than the internal worksheet.

Trial and billing terms carry conflicts

Taplio documents a seven-day trial that requires a payment method and gives the account Pro access. Its trial help page says AI usage is limited and that the paid plan can begin early if the allowance runs out. The pricing-page FAQ says the trial includes unlimited credits. Treat this as an unresolved commercial conflict and confirm the enforceable limit before testing AI at volume.

The trial is available once per account. Use it to test source-to-draft quality, scheduling, profile permissions, analytics, contacts, and cancellation. Avoid consuming the AI allowance with throwaway prompts before the core workflow has been checked.

Taplio's plan-change guide says upgrades are prorated. Downgrade value becomes account credit rather than a card refund, while cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Organization-level changes require the Owner. Its terms of service say subscriptions bill in advance, renew automatically unless cancelled, and may change price after notice.

The terms page carries an older 2024 update date than the 2026 commercial help pages. Keep both surfaces in the approval record. Newer help copy does not silently rewrite the signed agreement.

Match the plan to one required workflow

Starter fits self-written content, scheduling, and analytics. Growth earns the step when the team needs 250 Expert-mode credits, reply support, Zapier, or contact-saving work. Pro fits a defined need for the lead database, post-engager imports, or automated outreach with a named owner.

Before paying annually, run one complete cycle. Draft from real source material, approve the post, schedule it, inspect the published result, review analytics, export any required records, and cancel a test workflow cleanly. The selected plan should fix a documented bottleneck without giving unnecessary profile permissions to the wider team.

Our outbound services connect founder content with prospect selection, governed outreach, CRM handoff, and reply ownership in one managed system.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
