The official GMass pricing page lists individual and team plans and says prices are localized. The table below uses the US dollar prices displayed by the official page and its linked detailed US pricing sheet, checked on September 17, 2026.

The pricing page describes unlimited contacts and campaigns across these plans. It also uses the phrase "unlimited emails" with a footnote that breaking limits depends on the individual account configuration. Preserve that qualification in the buying record.

The published sheet also lists overage seat rates, but it is not fully clear from the label alone when they apply, how they are prorated, or whether they can be used below the next team tier. Ask GMass to state the allowed user range and billing treatment in writing before using an overage figure in the approved budget.
Pricing can vary by geography, currency, tax treatment, and future page changes. Attach a screenshot or PDF of the selected region, plan, billing cadence, and team size to the purchase record.
Choose capabilities before comparing the price
A lower plan is not cheaper if the workflow immediately requires a missing control. Map requirements to the current plan matrix first.

The team plan matrix on the current pricing page shows the full Premium and Professional capability set, including Inbox Rotation and high-priority support. GMass's team documentation also describes team-leader administration, cross-team unsubscribe and bounce handling, campaign visibility, additional dashboard logins, report sharing, and template sharing.
Do not select Professional merely because rotation sounds safer. First define how many senders should participate, how assignments are made, what happens when one sender fails, and which suppression list applies. Our inbox rotation guide covers the operating questions behind that capability.
Our view: Premium is the real decision floor for most sequence-based evaluations because Standard excludes follow-ups and API access. Professional only earns its higher cost when MultiSend or priority support has a named operating requirement and a test case.
Count sending identities, not just employees
An individual GMass subscription attaches to a Google account. A team plan lets members use their own Gmail or Google Workspace addresses under one team structure. The team guide says members do not need addresses on the same domain and that each person retains control of sending from their own account.
Build the seat requirement from identities that need to send or operate, not from the company's total sales headcount:
required paid identities = active senders + dedicated operational accounts + approved contingency senders
Then map non-sending roles separately. GMass documents additional dashboard logins with settings, aggregate, or detailed-report permissions. A report viewer may not need the same commercial unit as a sender, but the current public pages do not define every licensing boundary. Ask whether administrators, analysts, and shared operations users consume paid team seats.
Use peak concurrent senders for the plan decision. If 13 mailboxes must be active, do not budget only the 10-user tier because three reps are expected to send less often. Confirm whether published overage pricing can cover those accounts or whether the next tier is required.
Also ask how a seat is handled when a rep leaves:
- Can the seat be reassigned immediately?
- Does campaign history remain with the former Google account?
- Can a team leader export or transfer templates, suppressions, and reports?
- What access persists after the user is removed?
- Is a replacement account charged again during the same billing period?
Those answers affect both monthly administration and exit risk.
Treat unlimited emails as a platform allowance, not sending capacity
GMass says all plans include unlimited emails, contacts, and campaigns. Its sending-limit documentation also explains that Gmail enforces daily limits and that GMass may distribute a campaign across several days, route approved traffic through SMTP, or let a user connect another SMTP service.
That means four quantities must remain separate:
- GMass plan allowance: what the software contract permits.
- Google account allowance: what Gmail or Google Workspace will accept from the mailbox.
- Approved operating volume: what your sender history, list, and policy support.
- SMTP capacity: what a connected service contract and reputation can handle.
A platform's willingness to queue a large campaign does not make that campaign safe, timely, or included in every downstream provider fee. Build the workload from first touches and follow-ups, then model the schedule:
monthly messages = new recipients + all eligible follow-ups + transactional or internal sends in scope
calendar duration = monthly messages / approved daily capacity across healthy senders
Do not use the highest stated Gmail limit as the approved daily capacity. New accounts, recipient behavior, domain condition, and Google's enforcement can reduce what actually sends. Record a normal case and a mailbox-failure case.

Add SMTP usage and provider costs
The detailed GMass sheet lists SMTP sending at $5 per 10,000 messages. The public page does not make every applicability condition explicit. GMass's sending-limit page says additional high-volume SMTP pricing affects some SMTP users and describes multiple routes: GMass SMTP rerouting, a connected third-party SMTP provider, or distributed Gmail sending.

Use this formula only after the route is confirmed:
GMass SMTP usage estimate = monthly SMTP messages / 10,000 × $5
Round according to the vendor's actual billing unit, not automatically upward or downward. Ask whether partial blocks are billed, whether inbound or test messages count, and which route triggers the fee.
A third-party SMTP service can introduce its own monthly minimum, dedicated-IP fee, overage, suppression rules, and data retention. Add those amounts rather than treating "connect your own SMTP" as free capacity.
Keep mailboxes, domains, and authentication in the budget
GMass is software layered onto Gmail or Google Workspace. The plan price does not buy your Google accounts, sending domains, DNS management, monitoring, or replacement inventory.
Create separate rows for:
- Google Workspace or other mailbox licenses
- Secondary sending domains and annual renewals
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup and monitoring
- Domain and mailbox replacement reserve
- Custom tracking domains and certificates, if required
- Inbox-placement or blacklist monitoring retained outside GMass
- Reply routing and CRM synchronization

Ownership matters at exit. Domains, mailboxes, authentication records, and provider accounts should remain in the client's name. GMass access can be removed without dismantling the underlying sender inventory.
Price verification from the published counting rules
The pricing page lists free email-address verification. GMass's verification documentation says verification during a campaign has no stated quantity limit, while the web tool and API each allow 5,000 verifications per hour.
It also defines the decision rule conservatively from the vendor's perspective: campaign verification sends unless an address fails its checks. The web tool can classify results as Valid, Invalid, Blocked, Mailbox full, Unknown, NoMxRecord, or ConnectionFail, and GMass recommends including Valid, Blocked, and Unknown addresses in a sendable selection.
That is not equivalent to a guaranteed valid mailbox. Budget a specialized verifier if your policy requires deeper evidence, catch-all handling, risk scoring, or different treatment of Unknown results.
Model accepted records instead of assuming free verification makes bad data costless:
accepted recipients = input records - duplicates - suppressions - statuses rejected by policy
cost per accepted recipient = data acquisition + verification tools + review labor / accepted recipients
A free capability can still create operator cost if ambiguous statuses need review or if weak data increases bounces.
Include implementation and monthly labor
The first-year cost is larger than the checkout total:

Implementation can include:
- Chrome, Google Workspace, sender-connection, and consent review
- Sheet and field mapping
- Template and sequence recreation
- Suppression and bounce-list migration
- Custom tracking-domain setup
- SMTP configuration and test sends
- Team roles and report-access setup
- CRM or API integration
- Exit-export acceptance testing
Monthly work includes sender monitoring, campaign scheduling, reply handling, suppression reconciliation, list review, report reconciliation, sequence changes, and mailbox replacement.

Reconcile team capabilities with data boundaries
GMass documents global unsubscribe and bounce handling for teams and, in some cases, users on the same non-Gmail domain. This can prevent teammates from contacting an address that already unsubscribed or bounced. It also means suppression data crosses individual campaign boundaries by design.
Before enabling it, define:
- Whether suppression is global by team, sending domain, client, or legal entity
- Which users can view and export the underlying addresses
- How an incorrect suppression is reviewed and reversed
- How client-specific lists remain isolated
- What happens when a member is removed from the team
The team guide says a leader can view and manage team campaigns, but cannot send on another person's behalf. It also warns that a full report URL can expose recipient email addresses, while a separate shareable link can hide them. Test both links and restrict full-report sharing.
If your operation handles unrelated business units or clients, confirm that the team model supplies the isolation your contracts require. Shared suppression is useful only when sharing is permitted.
Put renewal, cancellation, and exit in writing
Annual pricing is prepaid, but the public pricing page does not answer every renewal question. Record:
- Auto-renewal date and notice period
- Refund policy for unused annual time
- Price-change treatment at renewal
- Seat additions, removals, and proration
- SMTP usage billing and overage treatment
- Tax and currency treatment
- Effective date of cancellation
- Data-access period after cancellation
Before approving annual billing, run representative exports. Required exit objects may include campaign recipients, send events, opens and clicks where used, replies and outcomes, bounce and unsubscribe lists, templates, sequence steps, scheduled work, team membership, report permissions, API settings, SMTP routes, and connected-sheet fields.
GMass's privacy information says recipient addresses are stored to support tracking and unsubscribe functions, and it provides an account-data deletion request path. Uninstalling the extension or ending billing should not be assumed to delete that server-side data. Obtain written confirmation for the required deletion scope and timing.
Build three approval scenarios
A quote-ready worksheet should include at least these cases:
Solo operator
One sender, no sequences, Gmail delivery, and core mail merge may fit Standard. Add the mailbox, domain, setup time, and monitoring. If follow-ups are required, move the model to Premium rather than pretending manual labor is free.
Small sequence team
Five active senders using sequences and API workflows should compare five individual Premium subscriptions with the five-user team plan. The team option costs $175 monthly or $1,750 annually and includes team controls plus the full capability set. Compare both commercial totals and governance needs.
Multi-sender outbound system
A larger program using Inbox Rotation, SMTP, shared suppressions, CRM integration, and dedicated infrastructure should start with the relevant team tier. Add SMTP usage, mailbox and domain costs, retained verification or monitoring tools, administration, and a failure reserve. Confirm whether the selected tier covers every active sending identity.
For each case, show committed cost, expected operating cost, high-case exposure, and exit effort. Keep unknowns visible instead of entering zero.
Approve the whole operating cost
GMass pricing is straightforward at checkout, but the buying decision is not. Choose the smallest plan that includes the tested workflow, count every active sender, preserve provider limits outside the unlimited label, and add SMTP, mailbox, domain, labor, renewal, and exit costs.
