Chili Piper Pricing: The Cost of Instant Meeting Booking
Summarize with AI
Chili Piper pricing starts at a $1,250 monthly equivalent for Routing & Scheduling, with 15 seats included and annual billing. That is the relevant entry point for a team that needs inbound qualification, routing, instant booking, or SDR-to-AE handoff. A scheduling-only buyer has a separate Standalone ChiliCal option at $12 per user per month, but it requires at least 200 seats and excludes routing. Build the budget around the workflow you need, then add seats, AI credits, external data dependencies, and contract terms.
Chili Piper pricing by current package
We reviewed Chili Piper's official pricing page on October 15, 2026. It presents two current paid packages, one scheduling-only offer, and an announced data product whose price is not yet public.
| Package | Published starting price | Included quantity | Expansion rate | What the price covers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Routing & Scheduling | $1,250 monthly equivalent, $15,000 yearly | 15 seats | $45 per additional seat per month | Inbound qualification, routing, scheduling, handoff, live interactions, analytics, and ChiliCal |
| Experiences | $3,500 monthly equivalent, $42,000 yearly | 30 seats | $50 per additional seat per month | Everything in Routing & Scheduling plus AI qualification, Chat AI, account identification, targeting, and added controls |
| Standalone ChiliCal | $12 per user per month | 200-seat minimum | $12 per user per month before volume discounts | Scheduling without orchestration, routing, or AI credits |
| Chili Data Platform | Not published | Not published | Not published | Announced as coming soon, with commercial details still pending |
The first 15 Routing & Scheduling seats are part of the base. Chili Piper does not publish a $45 rate for all seats in that package. The same distinction applies to Experiences, where the first 30 seats sit inside the base and the $50 rate applies after that included quantity.
Every Chili Piper seat includes ChiliCal. Teams on Routing & Scheduling or Experiences can also add scheduling-only ChiliCal licenses for people who do not need routing access. The calculator shows those additional licenses at $12 per seat per month, keeping them separate from full package seats.
What the routing and handoff package adds
A calendar link solves availability. Routing & Scheduling handles the decisions around that calendar: whether a visitor qualifies, which representative should own the conversation, and whether the buyer should book later or speak with someone now.
The package includes web-form qualification, routing, and scheduling; automated chat journeys; inbound distribution and round robin; Salesforce object routing; and SDR-to-AE handoff. It also includes live call options, live chat, funnel analytics, smart scheduling links, SSO/SAML, re-engagement flows, and selected agents.
Those functions explain the gap between a basic scheduler and the $15,000 yearly base. For example, Handoff lets an SDR route and schedule a prospect with the appropriate AE. Concierge Live supports an immediate conversation when a qualified buyer is ready now. The budget therefore belongs to the inbound conversion and ownership process, not only the calendar tool line.
Form Concierge, Handoff, Concierge Live, Distro, Orchestrator, and ChiliCal still appear as product or capability names. The current public rate card does not price them as separate packages. Use the current Routing & Scheduling bundle in the worksheet unless a written quote itemizes an exception.
When Experiences changes the cost
Experiences includes Routing & Scheduling, then adds AI-led web experiences. Its current starting point is a $3,500 monthly equivalent, or $42,000 per year, with 30 seats included. Additional full seats are listed at $50 per seat per month.
The added scope includes AI qualification and routing, visitor conversion, account identification, ABM targeting from chat signals, provisioning controls, and new agents as they ship. The comparison table also places Chat AI, a customizable knowledge base, multilingual support, message and scheduling widgets, personalization, intent targeting, and Chat AI reporting in this package rather than Routing & Scheduling.
Choose Experiences when those web and chat functions are part of the approved buying case. If the requirement is deterministic form routing and meeting handoff, start the commercial comparison with Routing & Scheduling. Paying for AI web experiences without an owner for the knowledge base, targeting rules, and follow-up process can leave expensive capacity unused.
AI credits need their own worksheet row
The pricing cards and calculator publish 45,000 annual AI credits for Routing & Scheduling and 150,000 for Experiences. Chili Piper says credits can be consumed by actions such as visitor identification, lead routing, and chat conversations. Additional credit bundles are available, but their sizes and prices are not publicly listed.
There is also a first-party inconsistency worth resolving. The cards and calculator show specific annual allocations, while the detailed comparison row says AI credit details are coming soon. Put the allocation, consumption rules, overage process, bundle size, and bundle price on the order form rather than relying on the card alone.
Account deanonymization can introduce another cost outside Chili Piper. The pricing comparison says that function may require a relationship with 6sense or Bombora, or the use of Chili Piper credits. A buyer already paying for one of those data providers should confirm how the integration uses that subscription. A buyer without one should request a side-by-side estimate for the credit route.
Discounts can change the estimate
The public calculator applies graduated volume discounts to seats. The published bands begin with no discount through 250 seats, then 10% for seats 251 through 1,000. Higher marginal bands rise to 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, and 40% as the quantity increases. A 300-license calculator example prices the first 250 at the standard rate and the next 50 at 10% off, so a buyer should not apply the higher band to every seat.
Contract length can also reduce the displayed estimate. Chili Piper lists no term discount for one year, 15% for two years, 25% for three years, and 40% for four years. Its pricing FAQ says volume and multi-year discounts stack automatically.
Longer terms reduce flexibility if headcount, qualification rules, CRM ownership, or the inbound process changes. Compare the discounted total with the cost of carrying unused seats and the restrictions on reducing subscriptions during the term.

Chili Piper publicly directs buyers to a personalized 30-minute demo. Its current pricing pages do not publish a free-trial offer. Use that demo to walk through one real form, one ownership rule, one handoff, and one exception path rather than accepting a generic presentation.
Then request an order form that names the package, included and added users, subscription term, billing frequency, credit allocation, implementation scope, support level, taxes, and renewal rules. The current Master Subscription Agreement generally makes payment obligations non-cancelable, limits subscription reductions during the term, and sets automatic renewal unless either party gives at least 30 days' notice. The order form controls when its terms differ.
Current Fire packages are billed annually, even though the rate card displays monthly equivalents. Standalone ChiliCal also uses a per-user monthly display unit, but that unit alone does not prove month-to-month billing. Ask for the invoice schedule and commitment in writing for every quote.
Our outbound resources can help you document the qualification and handoff process before the demo. If the tool will sit inside a broader prospecting, reply handling, and CRM workflow, review how our managed outbound system connects those operating layers.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
