Aircall Pricing: Seat Minimums, Add-Ons and the Real Monthly Cost

Summarize with AI

Aircall pricing starts at $30 per license each month on annual billing for Essentials, but the three-user minimum makes the real entry point $90 monthly equivalent. Professional starts at $150 for three annual seats and is the first public plan with Power Dialer. Monthly billing raises those floors to $120 and $210. Extra numbers, AI products, international usage, and compliance charges can move the invoice well beyond the seat subtotal.

Aircall pricing by plan and billing cycle

We checked the official Aircall pricing page on October 13, 2026 after selecting the United States and US dollars. Its public rates and minimums were:

PlanAnnual billing, per license/monthMonthly billing, per license/monthMinimum usersStarting monthly equivalent
Essentials$30$403$90 annual or $120 monthly
Professional$50$703$150 annual or $210 monthly
EnterpriseCustomCustom25Custom

Aircall says annual billing saves 25%. The visible Professional reduction from $70 to $50 is larger than 25%, so use the displayed plan rate and order total rather than applying one percentage across every tier.

Aircall's billing guide says annual fixed charges are billed for the full year, while usage and extras can still be invoiced monthly. That makes $90 and $150 monthly equivalents useful comparisons, not monthly payment promises. The baseline annual fixed charges are $1,080 for three Essentials seats and $1,800 for three Professional seats.

Power Dialer changes the minimum Aircall cost

Power Dialer is included in Professional and Enterprise, not Essentials. Aircall's Power Dialer page directs users to Professional and describes sequential calling rather than simultaneous predictive dialing. The pricing page says a user can import up to 1,000 numbers and run the queue from desktop or web.

The lowest public Power Dialer budget is therefore three Professional seats. That means a $150 monthly equivalent with annual billing or $210 on monthly billing. Aircall does not publish Power Dialer as a separately priced Essentials add-on, so buyers should not assume they can add it to the cheaper tier.

Professional also includes AI call summaries and conversation intelligence. Teams choosing this tier for dialing should test the full record path: contact selection, call outcome, notes, tags, recording, summary, follow-up, and CRM owner. Confirm that Aircall writes each item to the intended CRM object and assigns the correct owner.

AI add-ons can exceed the base seat price

Aircall lists AI Assist Pro at $49 per seat each month. Its AI Assist Pro page says the price is billed annually and the product can be added to any Aircall plan. It adds live coaching, playbooks, automated scoring, CRM updates, and follow-up automation beyond Professional's included summaries and conversation intelligence.

Three annual Professional seats plus AI Assist Pro on all three produce a $297 monthly equivalent, or $3,564 for a year, before telephony usage and other extras. This is our arithmetic from the published rates, not an Aircall package quote.

Aircall also lists AI Messaging Agents at $0.15 to $0.35 per conversation, with lower rates at higher use. AI Voice Agents show a $100 monthly minimum with annual billing selected or $125 with monthly billing. The public pricing page displays 50 AI Voice Agent minutes per month, but it does not clearly say the allowance multiplies by seat. Treat it as one account-level allowance until the quote states otherwise.

The official usage guide says AI Voice Agent calls under 15 seconds are not billable. After the free tier, on-demand usage begins at $0.49 per minute, while prepaid bundles publish lower unit rates. Unused bundle minutes expire rather than rolling over.

Numbers and international calling sit outside the headline

Each plan includes one local or toll-free number. The current page lists additional numbers at $6 monthly. Aircall's subscription guide says paid-number and license quantities are minimum commitments, even when fewer are actively used. A pending or quickly deleted addition can still produce a charge.

Essentials and Professional include unlimited domestic outbound calls in the US and Canada, subject to Aircall's terms. International calling is quoted by destination or bundle. The public page does not publish one universal international rate, and premium-rate calls are not included in bundles.

Aircall rounds calls up to the next full minute. Its support documentation also says toll-free inbound calls can be billable and that an external transfer creates separate call legs. An international transfer may therefore add a charge even when the first leg falls inside an allowance.

Build the real monthly Aircall budget

Start with the committed user floor. Essentials fits a small team that needs a connected business phone and does not require Power Dialer. Professional is the relevant starting point for outbound reps who need queue-based dialing and included conversation intelligence. Enterprise begins at 25 users and needs a quote.

Add every paid number and AI seat. Then estimate international destinations, toll-free usage, transferred call legs, messaging, and any checkout fees. Keep annual prepayment visible as cash due now, even when management compares plans by monthly equivalent.

Before approval, test CRM writeback with records that have duplicate contacts, several phone fields, and ownership changes. Verify that a reply or callback reaches the right person and that a disconnected integration produces a visible exception. If Aircall fails the required dialing method or record path, return to vendor selection instead of accepting a manual workaround.

If phone activity still needs prospect data, email infrastructure, CRM routing, and reply operations around it, our outbound services cover that complete handoff.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
