Streak CRM Pricing: What It Costs to Run a Pipeline Inside Gmail

Summarize with AI

Streak CRM pricing begins at $49 per user each month when paid annually or $59 on monthly billing. The free tier includes Gmail email tools but no CRM pipeline. Pro covers the core shared CRM, Pro+ adds advanced reports and automation, and Enterprise adds custom permissions and data validation. A sales team should select the lowest tier that passes its Gmail workflow and governance test.

Streak CRM pricing by plan

We checked Streak's pricing page and current first-party support documents on October 19, 2026. Prices are in US dollars per user per month. Annual subscriptions are charged for a year upfront.

PlanAnnual billingMonthly billingMain buying boundary
Free email tools$0$0Gmail utilities without CRM pipelines
Pro$49$59Core shared CRM and standard reports
Pro+$69$89Automation, integrations, advanced reports
Enterprise$129$159Custom governance and dedicated support

Streak displays a general annual discount message, but the differences between its published monthly and annual rates do not equal one percentage across all plans. Use the exact rate for the selected tier.

Every owner and member is a paid seat, and all team members must use the same plan. Streak does not publish a lower-priced view-only seat. A payer-only role can handle billing without CRM access and is not a paid seat.

Free includes email tools, not CRM pipelines

Streak's free tier includes email and link tracking, snippets, Streak Share, thread splitter, and 50 mail-merge sends each day. It does not include CRM pipelines.

Compare the free tier with email utilities rather than with the paid shared CRM.

Streak offers a 14-day Pro+ trial with integrations, automation, unlimited contacts and CRM records, and 1,000 trial AI credits. If a payment method is present, the account can charge for Pro+ after the trial unless it is canceled. Without a payment method, the account returns to Free and does not charge.

Use the trial to test pipeline access and shared email behavior before adding payment details. A trial that begins with the higher Pro+ feature set can hide which workflow will stop after a downgrade to Pro.

Pro is the entry point for the CRM

Pro costs $49 per user each month when paid annually or $59 under monthly billing. It includes unlimited contacts, pipelines, and CRM records, plus private and shared pipelines, automatic email sharing, custom and magic fields, filters, tasks, attachments, notes, formulas, mobile applications, standard reports, and basic permissions.

All paid plans also include mail merge, tracking, snippets, Google Workspace integrations, LinkedIn integration, native-dialer support, import and export, and standard API access. Pro includes 20 AI credits per user each month.

Shared pipelines are the central buying reason. Streak's pipeline-sharing guide says a team can share one pipeline with current and future members or restrict it to selected people. Default shared users receive Editor access, which allows record editing and column changes but not column deletion.

Pro fits a team that wants sales records, associated Gmail threads, and shared pipeline work without advanced integration or governance. It does not include native automation, direct third-party integrations, Zapier, webhooks, archived users, advanced reporting, or data validation.

Pro+ adds the operating layer

Pro+ costs $69 per user each month on annual billing or $89 on monthly billing. It adds direct integrations, Zapier, native automation, API webhooks, advanced reports, archived users, priority support, and 150 AI credits per user each month.

Streak's automation documentation describes pipeline-based triggers and actions. Published routes include Calendly, Typeform, Google Forms, Streak-to-Streak, and webhooks. Actions can create a box, add a contact, comment, or task, and add a recipient to a mail merge.

Advanced reporting can use saved views and grouped comparison charts. Pipeline reports cover activity, stage flow, time in stage, interactions, value, win rate, and projected value. Pro has the standard dashboards; Pro+ and Enterprise receive the advanced layer.

Archived users can retain static copies of former users' pipeline-associated email and attachments without a paid login. Streak publishes an allowance of two archived users per paid seat. This is not a full Gmail backup because it covers boxed threads associated with pipelines.

Choose Pro+ when one of these features is a requirement: native automation, a direct integration, Zapier, webhooks, advanced reports, or retained pipeline email from former users. A general desire for more automation is not enough. Name the event, action, data, and exception owner first.

Enterprise adds governance and service

Enterprise costs $129 per user each month when billed annually or $159 monthly. It includes the Pro+ integration and reporting layer, then adds custom roles and permissions, data-validation rules, dedicated support, custom billing, security questionnaires, quarterly strategy meetings, and advanced implementation. The included AI allowance is 500 credits per user each month.

Pro and Pro+ have basic permissions. Enterprise earns its price when custom access or validation is a hard requirement. Test a real manager, representative, operator, and restricted user rather than approving a permissions matrix on paper.

Advanced implementation is included on Enterprise. Streak lists it as a paid service for eligible Pro and Pro+ teams but does not publish the fee. Ask for a written scope covering pipeline configuration, import, mapping, duplicate treatment, permissions, validation, training, and acceptance evidence.

Mail merge has two separate limits

Streak's mail-merge limit guide says paid plans allow up to 1,500 sends each day for Google Workspace accounts. Personal Gmail accounts are capped at 400 each day. Free Streak accounts receive 50.

The allowance uses a rolling 24-hour period. Streak's counter and Gmail's total sending limit are separate. Manually sent Gmail messages consume Google's allowance without reducing the Streak quota shown in the application, so Gmail can block sending before the Streak counter reaches zero.

Mail merge sends individual messages through Gmail and supports variables, tracking, reporting, automatic follow-up, reply-based stopping, and unsubscribe links. These functions do not remove provider restrictions or prove inbox placement.

Test with a controlled list and include replies, bounces, unsubscribes, and out-of-office messages. Confirm that the correct record receives the activity and that later follow-ups stop as intended.

AI credits and implementation can add cost

Streak includes 20 AI credits per Pro user, 150 per Pro+ user, and 500 per Enterprise user each month. It also publishes recurring credit packs:

Credit packPublished price
1,000$100
2,500$200
10,000$500
25,000$1,000

Included credits are pooled across the team and expire instead of rolling over. Only administrators can purchase extra packs.

Streak's current pricing page and AI support article conflict on whether extra packs follow the CRM billing cycle or recur monthly for annual customers. The support article also contains an example that conflicts with the stated Pro+ credit allowance. Use the current included rates and ask Streak to confirm add-on cadence and quantity in the order.

Match the tier to the Gmail workflow

Pro is the practical starting tier for a sales team because it includes shared CRM pipelines. Enterprise fits a team that can name a custom permission, validation, security, or implementation requirement.

Before annual billing, run one account through capture, shared email, stage movement, mail merge, reply stopping, task assignment, report, and export. For Pro+, trigger the intended automation and force a failure. For Enterprise, prove that a restricted user cannot bypass the designed access and that an invalid record is blocked.

The right Streak CRM cost is the full-team tier that passes those tests. Gmail placement is convenient, but convenience should not replace a clear data owner, pipeline definition, or sending control.

Our outbound services connect CRM execution with prospect research, email infrastructure, reply handling, and accountable ownership.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
