Summarize with AI

Sendspark pricing starts at $49 per month for one Solo seat. Growth costs $99 per month with three seats and is the first plan with multiple personalization variables, workflows, advanced sales integrations, and API or webhook access. Team and Business mainly raise seats, stored videos, Dynamic Video Minutes, and service. The right plan depends on generated video length and volume as much as headcount.

Sendspark pricing by plan

We checked Sendspark's pricing page on October 20, 2026. The public plans are Solo, Growth, Team, and Business. Each plan combines an included seat count with stored-video capacity and Dynamic Video Minutes.

Solo$49/month$468/year1$49/month5,000100

Business$699/month$5,988/year25$29/monthUnlimited3,000

The annual payments work out to $39, $69, $199, and $499 per month. Compared with paying the displayed monthly rate for 12 months, the annual savings are $120 on Solo, $360 on Growth, $1,200 on Team, and $2,400 on Business.

Sendspark offers a seven-day trial without a credit card. Annual payments are non-refundable according to the pricing FAQ, so the trial should prove the required generation and integration route before an annual purchase.

Solo fits one user with basic connections

Solo includes one seat, 5,000 stored videos, and 100 Dynamic Video Minutes. It also carries the highest published add-on rates: $49 for another seat, $0.39 for each extra Dynamic Video Minute, and $10 per additional 1,000 workflow tasks.

The basic integration set includes HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn. Solo can fit one seller who wants to create and send personalized video through those routes without the advanced integration set. It becomes a weak fit when another regular user needs access, because two Solo-level seats would reach $98 per month before any overage.

Solo also limits the personalization case. Growth is the first plan that lists multiple variables and workflows. A buyer planning to personalize several fields or automate generation should test Growth rather than assuming extra Solo capacity unlocks those controls.

Growth is the main workflow upgrade

Growth costs $99 monthly or $828 annually. It includes three seats, 20,000 stored videos, and 250 Dynamic Video Minutes. Additional seats cost $45 each, extra minutes cost $0.29 each, and another 1,000 workflow tasks costs $7.

The plan adds multiple variables, workflows, advanced integrations, and API or webhook access. Its named advanced connections include Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, and Smartlead. Growth is the practical buying boundary for a team that needs one of those systems or must pass events through an API or webhook.

A three-person team can also justify Growth on base price alone. Three separate Solo subscriptions would total $147 per month, while Growth includes three seats for $99 and raises the included minute allowance. That comparison holds only when one shared Growth workspace meets the team's access and administration requirements.

Growth should be tested with the actual personalization template. Generate videos with every required variable, send them through the intended sales tool, and inspect the resulting activity in the CRM. The integration passes when the correct contact, viewer event, owner, and next action remain connected.

Team and Business buy capacity plus service

Team costs $299 monthly or $2,388 annually. It includes 10 seats, 100,000 stored videos, and 1,000 Dynamic Video Minutes. Additional seats cost $39, extra minutes cost $0.24 each, and extra workflow tasks cost $5 per 1,000. The plan also adds setup and administration support.

Business costs $699 monthly or $5,988 annually. It includes 25 seats, unlimited video storage, and 3,000 Dynamic Video Minutes. Its add-on rates fall to $29 per seat, $0.19 per minute, and $2 per 1,000 workflow tasks. Sendspark also lists support and an account manager at this level.

The lower overage rates should not drive an upgrade by themselves. Team costs $200 more than Growth each month, while Business costs $400 more than Team. Model the full combination of seats, minutes, workflow tasks, storage, and required service. Upgrade when that full worksheet favors the higher plan or when its setup and account-management scope resolves a defined operating need.

Ask for the service scope in writing. Record who configures the workspace, which integrations are included in setup, what administrator training covers, and how support response works. A named service benefit has financial value only when it removes work the team would otherwise own.

Dynamic Video Minutes can change the invoice

Sendspark's pricing FAQ defines the core unit clearly: one one-minute personalized output uses one Dynamic Video Minute. A two-minute output therefore consumes more capacity than a one-minute output, and producing many recipient-specific versions multiplies usage.

Included and overage pricing can be recorded in one table:

PlanIncluded minutesExtra minute rateCost of 100 extra minutes
Solo100$0.39$39
Growth250$0.29$29
Team1,000$0.24$24
Business3,000$0.19$19

Those overage totals are arithmetic based on the published unit rates, not separate vendor packages. Failed generations, revisions, and test outputs could affect real usage. Use the trial to observe how Sendspark records each event and ask support whether failed or regenerated outputs consume minutes.

Keep video length in the forecast. A team creating 300 one-minute personalized outputs has a different requirement from a team creating 300 two-minute outputs. The recipient count alone cannot establish the needed plan.

Workflow tasks need their own forecast

The published extra workflow-task rates are $10 per 1,000 on Solo, $7 on Growth, $5 on Team, and $2 on Business. The pricing page gives the overage rates, but a buyer still needs to map the events that count as tasks in the intended workflow.

Run a small batch and record the task count from start to finish. Include the source trigger, generation, sales-tool handoff, CRM update, retries, and any branches. Ask Sendspark to confirm which of those actions consume the task allowance and how the account behaves when it runs out.

A workflow budget based only on recipient count can miss retries and multi-step actions. Use observed tasks per completed personalized video, then add the expected monthly output count. Keep an alert threshold below the allowance so a live sequence does not discover the boundary first.

Use this Sendspark plan cost worksheet

A useful cost worksheet keeps committed charges, expected overages, and uncertain terms visible. Fill it with one normal month and one high-volume month before choosing annual billing.

Total monthly costBase, seats, minutes, tasks, and services

For monthly billing, calculate the total as the base plan plus extra seats, extra minutes, workflow-task blocks, and quoted services. For annual billing, record the full upfront payment and the non-refundable term separately from the monthly equivalent. A $69 monthly equivalent on Growth still means an $828 upfront payment that the pricing FAQ describes as non-refundable.

Verify analytics and ownership before annual billing

Sendspark's product site describes viewer analytics that identify who watched, the percentage watched, and other viewer actions. Those fields are useful only when they reach the correct sales record and support a defined follow-up decision.

Test a permitted sample through the full route. Create the personalized outputs, send them through the intended integration, watch from controlled recipient accounts, and inspect the CRM. Record duplicate contacts, forwarded links, unmatched viewers, failed generations, and ownership changes. The test should also show whether an administrator can export the videos and engagement history.

Our outbound services connect prospect research, sales touches, CRM activity, and reply ownership into one managed system. Sendspark can cover the video layer, while the operating test determines whether its events fit the rest of that system.

Annual billing makes sense after the chosen plan passes the workflow and the worksheet shows a stable advantage over monthly billing. Preserve the trial results, source settings, field map, expected usage, overage rules, and renewal date with the purchase record.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
