Summarize with AI

Salesflare pricing starts at $29 per user each month on annual billing or $39 on monthly billing. Growth covers automatic CRM capture and one-step campaigns. Pro adds multi-step sequences and permissions. It also adds custom reports, while Enterprise adds migration help and account management with a five-user minimum. Most small B2B teams should decide between Growth and Pro based on workflow depth. Record volume does not separate the two plans.

Salesflare pricing by plan

We checked Salesflare's pricing page and current first-party product documentation on October 19, 2026. Prices are in US dollars per user per month. The lower rate requires annual billing.

PlanAnnual billingMonthly billingMain buying boundary
Growth$29$39Automatic capture and one-step workflows
Pro$49$64Multi-step sequences, permissions, custom reports
Enterprise$99$124Managed migration and enterprise support

Salesflare offers a 30-day trial without a credit card. Use it to test the exact capture, sending, pipeline, and reporting route. A long trial does not prove fit.

The public pricing material does not state a contact-record cap, storage cap, or pipeline-count limit. That absence is not a promise that every resource is unlimited. Ask Salesflare to confirm any capacity that affects the intended deployment.

Growth covers the automated CRM core

Growth costs $29 per user each month on annual billing or $39 on monthly billing. It includes automatic data capture, email and link tracking, website-visit tracking, Gmail and Outlook sidebars, mobile applications, and personalized email campaigns through one-step workflows. The team receives five lead credits each month.

Salesflare can create contacts from people a user emails or meets after email and calendar are connected. It first reads names and addresses from message headers, then may add public data and fields from email signatures. Company enrichment can use the website attached to an account.

That behavior reduces entry work, but it does not guarantee complete records. Matching public data may be unavailable, and the product does not natively synchronize a user's address book. A team should budget for exceptions, imports, and field review even on the entry plan.

Growth includes visual pipeline tracking, filters, reminders, custom fields, and built-in Revenue and Team dashboards. It is for a small team that needs shared account history and a single-step campaign but does not need role restrictions or a multi-step follow-up sequence.

Pro adds sequence depth and management controls

Pro costs $49 per user each month on annual billing or $64 on monthly billing. It includes everything in Growth, then adds multi-step email workflows, user permissions, custom dashboards and reports, and 100 lead credits per team each month.

Salesflare's workflow guide places multi-step sequences on Pro and Enterprise. A workflow can select contacts manually or through filters, admit future matches when configured as continuous, and branch on replies, opens, and clicks. A contact can stop after meeting the selected goal, bouncing, unsubscribing, or remaining inactive for the configured period.

Those rules make Pro more than a larger email allowance. It provides the sequence logic required to continue, branch, and stop follow-up. The connected mailbox still controls sending volume. Salesflare publishes mailbox-specific defaults rather than an unlimited platform allowance.

Pro also adds role and group controls. Administrators can restrict data scope to a user's own records, a group, or the team and can limit pipeline access by group. The plan supports admin, manager, team-member, and viewer roles. A buyer should test whether these scopes match the intended territory and management model.

Custom reports can use accounts, contacts, opportunities, or tasks and can render several chart and table formats. The custom reporting documentation notes a 366-point time-series display limit and grouping behavior for high-cardinality segments. Confirm that a real management question can be answered before upgrading for report flexibility.

Choose Pro when the team needs one of these operating boundaries: multi-step sequences, controlled access, or custom reporting. Buying it only for the larger lead-credit allowance can be more expensive than keeping Growth and adding a credit pack.

Enterprise adds service and a five-user floor

Enterprise costs $99 per user each month on annual billing or $124 on monthly billing. It includes the Pro feature set, 250 lead credits per team each month, customized setup and training, migration performed by Salesflare, and a dedicated account manager. It requires at least five users.

The five-user minimum puts the published entry cost above a single-seat calculation. Enterprise should be evaluated as a managed implementation rather than a feature-only upgrade.

Request a written migration scope that identifies source systems, objects, activities, owners, custom fields, attachments, duplicates, and reconciliation evidence. "Migration performed by Salesflare" does not by itself define which historical data will arrive or how exceptions will be resolved.

The same applies to training and account management. Name the expected sessions, participants, response route, and acceptance checks in the order. Enterprise is worth its higher cost when the service layer removes a real implementation risk.

Lead credits are a separate team meter

Salesflare lead credits are used to find contact email addresses when the product meets its confidence threshold. They are team quotas, not enrichment credits for every automated CRM field.

Included monthly credits are five on Growth, 100 on Pro, and 250 on Enterprise. Additional team-wide packages are available:

Monthly creditsMonthly packagePackage on annual billing
250$49$39/month
500$79$69/month
1,000$139$129/month
3,000$399$349/month
5,000$549$499/month

The lead-credit billing guide says credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Packages follow the CRM subscription cycle. Changes are not prorated, and downgrades do not create a credit balance.

Estimate demand from an actual month of email-finding activity. Do not multiply the included quota by the number of users. A ten-person Pro team still receives the published team allowance rather than 100 credits for each seat.

Email volume depends on the connected mailbox

Salesflare sends workflows through the connected mailbox. Its documented default limits include 2,000 messages per day for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business accounts, 500 for personal Gmail, and 200 for custom SMTP. Hourly limits also apply.

These are Salesflare's published operating limits, not promises that every provider will accept the same volume or that the sending pattern will reach recipients. Provider restrictions, account health, content, recipient response, and local policy remain separate concerns.

A trial should use a controlled internal or permissioned list. Test personalization, reply detection, unsubscribe handling, bounce stopping, ownership, and the CRM activity record. Pro's branching is useful only when every stop condition produces the intended state.

Check integrations and API scope before approval

Salesflare's integration marketplace combines native integrations with applications connected through Zapier and Make. Its large displayed app count should not be described as thousands of native integrations.

The public API documents bearer-token access and a REST interface, but the inspected pricing and API pages do not assign API access to a specific plan or publish a numeric rate allowance. Obtain written confirmation when an integration depends on API entitlement or throughput.

Test the exact systems in the intended direction. A CRM connection should specify the source event, destination object, field mapping, duplicate rule, owner, retry behavior, and exception alert. A marketplace logo does not prove that complete operating route.

Prove the required control before annual billing

Run one complete cycle from a new contact through enrichment, pipeline movement, email follow-up, reply, ownership change, report, and export. Record any manual correction that is still required. Approve Growth only if one-step campaigns are enough, Pro only if its sequence, permission, or reporting control passes, and Enterprise only after the migration scope is written.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
