Qualified Pricing: Plans, Capacity and Quote Drivers
Summarize with AI
Qualified pricing is sales-led: its public page names three plans and their capacity, but it does not publish dollar amounts. Premier includes one AI SDR agent profile and 250,000 monthly web sessions. It also includes 2,500 monthly active email contacts. Enterprise raises those allowances and adds technical controls. Ultimate raises capacity again and adds multiple agent profiles plus dedicated sending infrastructure. Buyers need a scoped quote, not a guessed monthly price.
Qualified pricing by plan
We checked Qualified's pricing page on October 20, 2026. Every public plan uses a contact-sales route. The useful comparison is therefore capacity and entitlement, followed by a written quote for the exact deployment.
| Plan | Monthly web sessions | Monthly active email contacts | Agent profiles | Main published additions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premier | 250,000 | 2,500 | 1 | Core AI SDR functions across website and email, including meetings and offers |
| Enterprise | 2 million | 10,000 | 1 | Agent handoff and MCP and API access, plus Salesforce sandbox |
| Ultimate | 5 million | 24,000 | Multiple | High-volume contact databases and dedicated IP address |
All three plans list Agent Studio and account segmentation with waterfall enrichment. They also list Salesforce CRM and more than 20 go-to-market integrations, Qualified and Salesforce reporting, conversation and meeting routing, plus automated actions and notifications in connected systems.
A larger allowance does not explain the whole price. Implementation, data connections, agent design, sending setup, support, security review, and contract term can all change the commercial scope. Ask sales to separate recurring subscription charges from implementation and optional service work.
Premier is the entry plan for one agent profile
Premier includes one AI SDR agent profile and up to 250,000 web sessions each month. It also includes 2,500 monthly active email contacts. It covers multimodal website conversations and inbound email engagement, including meeting scheduling, offers, and collaboration through Slack.
That combination makes Premier the logical starting point for a company with one primary inbound motion and moderate traffic. One agent profile should be treated as an operating boundary, not just a product label. A business with separate brands, languages, business units, or materially different sales rules needs to confirm whether one profile can keep those instructions and reporting views distinct.
The session allowance also needs a definition. Ask Qualified to show exactly which visits count and how bot traffic and repeat visits are handled. Also ask when the monthly counter resets and what happens above 250,000 sessions. A capacity figure is useful only when the buyer can reproduce it from its own analytics.
The same applies to active email contacts. Obtain a written definition of "active." Confirm whether a contact counts after one outbound message, a reply, a website signal, or enrollment in a nurture route. Ask how duplicates and contacts with several addresses are treated.
Premier fits when one agent and the published capacity cover the intended route with the standard integration set. It should not be approved from a demonstration account. Test the real Salesforce objects, routing rules, calendars, content, and suppression fields first.
Enterprise adds capacity and technical controls
Enterprise raises the published monthly limits to 2 million web sessions and 10,000 active email contacts. It still lists one agent profile. Its important additions are agent handoff and MCP and API access. It also adds a Salesforce sandbox.
The capacity jump suits a larger website or a broader inbound-contact program. The technical controls can matter more than volume. API access may be necessary when Qualified must read or write through an internal system that is not covered by a standard integration. A Salesforce sandbox provides a safer place to test objects and fields, along with routing and automation, before production records move.
Agent handoff needs a precise design. Define the event that transfers work and the destination owner. Then define the context attached to the handoff, the response deadline, and the fallback when no representative is available. A handoff feature does not prove that the correct seller receives a complete record.
Ask for API limits and the authentication method. Also ask about supported objects, retry behavior, and error visibility. If an integration failure can prevent a meeting or create the wrong owner, the contract should identify the support route and response expectation.
Enterprise is the practical floor when a production deployment requires a sandbox or custom integration. It is also the practical floor for a formal transfer from the AI agent to a person. Buying it only for more sessions can be wasteful if Premier plus a documented overage would cost less, so require both scenarios in the quote.
Ultimate is for several agents or sending at higher scale
Ultimate increases capacity to 5 million web sessions and 24,000 active email contacts. It adds multiple agent profiles and high-volume contact databases. It also adds a dedicated IP address.
Multiple profiles can support distinct operating units, provided Qualified can separate knowledge, instructions, access, reporting, and routing. Ask the vendor to demonstrate those boundaries with two deliberately different agents. Each should use its own approved claims and qualify against its own rules. It should also route to its own team without sharing the wrong context.
A dedicated IP address is relevant to the email route, but it does not create good sender reputation by itself. Confirm the sending domain, authentication records, warmup process, complaint and bounce thresholds, suppression ownership, and response plan. The order should state who controls the domain and what can be exported if the contract ends.
"High-volume contact databases" also needs a measurable scope. Ask which systems and record types are supported. Confirm how contacts enter and leave the active-contact count, and whether database size creates another charge outside the published monthly allowance.
Ultimate is justified when the acceptance test proves a need for several governed agents or dedicated sending infrastructure. Capacity above Enterprise can also justify it. A procurement team should reject an upgrade based on a vague promise of future scale.
The quote should expose every cost driver
A Qualified quote should connect each charge to a measurable requirement. Use a worksheet that sales and marketing can inspect with revenue operations, security, and finance.
| Cost driver | Buyer evidence | Contract question |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly web sessions | Analytics for normal and peak months | What counts, resets, and happens above allowance? |
| Active email contacts | Export of contacts expected to receive agent email | How is active status defined and deduplicated? |
| Agent profiles | Brands, regions, languages, or motions that require separation | What data, instructions, and reports are isolated by profile? |
| Salesforce scope | Required objects, fields, ownership, and sandbox route | Which integration work is included? |
| Other integrations | Source event, destination record, and field map | Is the connector standard, API-based, or separately scoped? |
| Email infrastructure | Domain, IP, authentication, and suppression plan | Who owns reputation, monitoring, and remediation? |
| Implementation | Configuration, content, tests, training, and launch work | Which deliverables are one-time fees? |
| Support | Incident severity and response expectations | Which service level applies after launch? |
| Contract term | Required start date and rollout period | What are renewal, increase, and exit terms? |
Do not accept a single combined figure without these boundaries. A lower quote can omit implementation work that the buyer must fund internally. A larger quote may include capacity or service that the current motion cannot use.
Meetings and email add operational dependencies
Qualified's Meetings page says booking can use visitor and account data, CRM ownership, region, forms, calls to action, and live conversations. The tool can route a qualified buyer to the assigned representative and present scheduling in context.
That route should be tested with a known account and a new account. It should also be tested with an existing customer, an out-of-region buyer, and a record with no owner. Confirm the meeting type and calendar. Then confirm the territory, fallback owner, duplicate rule, and CRM activity for each case. One wrong calendar can erase the speed advantage the tool is meant to create.
Qualified's Email page describes immediate follow-up and nurture for inbound contacts based on requests and content engagement. It also uses website activity and other signals. This is an inbound nurture product description. It should not be stretched into proof that Qualified is intended for unsolicited cold-email lists.
For email, define the approved entry events and content sources. Also define human review rules, stop conditions, bounce and complaint handling, and the suppression system. The buyer should also verify which actions make a contact active for billing.
Run a controlled quote and acceptance process
Start with the smallest plan that appears to cover the measured workload. Ask Qualified to quote the same deployment on the monthly and annual terms it offers. Then ask it to show the price effect of one capacity step above and below the forecast.
Before approval, run a controlled set of inbound scenarios through the intended website and email routes, including Salesforce and calendar routes. Save the prompt or agent configuration and source records. Also save resulting messages, ownership changes, meeting records, integration errors, and suppression outcomes. Force at least one unavailable calendar and one missing CRM owner. Also force one duplicate contact and one integration failure.
The system passes when each buyer receives an approved answer or a safe escalation. Every qualified action must also reach the correct owner, and failures must create visible exceptions. The quote passes when each recurring and one-time charge maps to that tested route.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
