Kaspr Review 2026: Features, Pricing, and Honest Verdict

Anyone writing a Kaspr review 2026 has to answer one question first, because everything else follows from it: are you selling into Europe? If the answer is yes, Kaspr is a serious contender and you should read on. If the answer is no, you are probably looking at the wrong tool and there are cheaper ways to reach North American prospects than a product built on a European data foundation.
We run outbound systems for B2B companies across several markets, which means we deal with the European mobile number problem constantly. It is a real problem, most tools are bad at it, and Kaspr is one of the few that is not. Here is the fair assessment.

The Kaspr Pitch, Translated
Kaspr does one thing. You are looking at a LinkedIn profile, you click the extension, and it reveals that person's email addresses and phone numbers without you leaving the page. Same in Sales Navigator, same in a group member list, same in the attendee list of a LinkedIn event.
Everything else in the product exists to support that moment. There is a web app with lists and basic enrichment, there are integrations that push contacts into a CRM or a sequencer, and there is a limited set of workflow automations. None of it is the reason anyone subscribes.
The reason anyone subscribes is that Kaspr returns a mobile number for a French operations director when three other tools returned nothing. That is the product. Everything in this review is a variation on whether that is worth paying for in your situation.
The Cognism Connection, and Why European Teams Care
Kaspr was acquired by Cognism in 2022, and this is not a piece of corporate trivia. It is the most important fact in the entire evaluation.
Cognism built its reputation on European B2B data, specifically on mobile numbers in markets where the American data giants have always been thin. Owning Kaspr gave Cognism a self-serve, bottom-of-market product, and it gave Kaspr access to a data foundation it could never have built alone.
The practical effect is a tool that is priced like a light prospecting extension while drawing on data infrastructure built for enterprise contracts. For a European SDR, that is an unusually good trade.
It also explains the compliance posture, which is more serious than the category norm. Kaspr screens against do-not-call registers in the markets where those exist and takes a visibly GDPR-first approach to its data sourcing. If you are cold calling into Europe, this is not a nice-to-have. It is the difference between a legitimate outbound motion and a regulatory problem.
Features Worth Knowing
The LinkedIn extension. The core product. Reveals contacts inline on profiles, in Sales Navigator searches, in group member lists, and in event attendee lists. The event and group coverage is genuinely useful and quietly one of the better sourcing angles available.
European mobile numbers. The differentiator, inherited from Cognism. Coverage in France, the UK, Germany, the Benelux countries, and the Nordics is materially better than what most competitors return.
Split credit pools. Separate allowances for B2B emails, direct emails, and phone numbers. Discussed at length below, because it drives your entire cost.
Lists and basic enrichment. Organise revealed contacts, tag them, and enrich in small batches from the web app. Competent, not a strength.
Workflow automations. Trigger LinkedIn connection requests and simple follow-up sequences from within Kaspr. Usable, though most serious teams will run sequencing elsewhere.
Integrations. Pushes into common CRMs and sequencers including HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce. Functional and unremarkable.
Compliance screening. Do-not-call list checking and a GDPR-aligned data process. For European calling teams, this is a real feature rather than a marketing line.
A free plan that actually works. Roughly fifteen B2B email credits, five phone credits, and five direct email credits per month. Small, but enough to genuinely test coverage in your niche.
Kaspr Pricing in 2026
Kaspr's pricing is straightforward on the surface and has one significant wrinkle underneath. The figures below are approximate, reflect annual-billing rates as of 2026, and should be confirmed on Kaspr's own pricing page before you commit, since pricing in this category moves regularly.
| Plan | Approximate price (as of 2026) | Roughly what you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | About 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits, 5 direct email credits per month |
| Starter | Around $49 per user per month | Unlimited B2B emails, around 100 phone credits per month |
| Business | Around $79 per user per month | Around 200 phone credits, higher direct email allowance, more features |
| Organization | Custom quote | High volume, API access, team management, negotiated terms |
The headline is competitive. Roughly $49 a month for a hundred European mobile numbers is not expensive if those numbers are ones you cannot get elsewhere, and the "unlimited B2B emails" framing on the paid tiers is generous by category standards.
The wrinkle is the credit structure, and it deserves its own section.
The Split-Credit Trap
Kaspr does not give you one pool of credits. It gives you several, and they do not talk to each other.
Phone credits are separate from direct email credits, which are separate from B2B email credits. If you exhaust your phone allowance in week two, the unused email credits sitting in the other pool are worth precisely nothing to you. You either upgrade or you stop calling.
This design is not malicious, and it is the natural consequence of phone data costing more to source than email data. But it makes plan selection genuinely consequential in a way that single-pool pricing does not.
The practical answer is to audit your channel mix before you buy rather than after. If eighty percent of your outreach is email and twenty percent is calling, a phone-heavy plan is money burned. If you are a calling-led SDR working a small named-account list, the reverse is true and you should size up on phone credits immediately.
Strengths and Weaknesses
The strengths are specific and worth paying for. European mobile coverage is the best in this price bracket, and the Cognism lineage is the reason. The LinkedIn workflow is fast and requires no training. The compliance posture is serious enough to matter for calling teams. Group and event member reveals are an underused sourcing advantage. The free plan is honest. And at around $49 a month, the price of entry is low enough that a bad decision costs you very little.
The weaknesses are equally specific. The split-credit model creates waste unless you size it precisely. Per-seat pricing means costs climb with headcount rather than with output. North American coverage is unremarkable, and if that is your market there are better and cheaper options. It is a poor fit for bulk list building. There is no intent data and no meaningful firmographic filtering. And the sequencing and automation features are thin enough that you will need another tool alongside it.
Our Verdict on Kaspr
Kaspr is a narrow tool that is very good at the thing it is narrow about.
If you sell into Europe, cold call as part of your motion, and prospect inside LinkedIn, Kaspr is one of the easiest purchases in this category. The coverage advantage is real, the compliance work is real, and the price is low enough that the decision barely needs a business case. Start on the free plan, test your hardest segment, and upgrade if the phone fill rate holds.
If you sell into North America, or you do not call, or you need to build lists in the thousands, Kaspr is the wrong tool. You will be paying for a European data advantage you cannot use, inside a per-seat, per-credit model that does not scale, using a manual workflow that a database subscription would replace outright.
And if you are a larger team already considering Cognism directly, note that Kaspr is the self-serve, lighter version of the same data story. Buying Kaspr at scale is often the expensive way to arrive somewhere Cognism would have taken you more cheaply.
Tools do not compound. Systems compound. A better phone number gets you one more conversation this week, but a system that improves its targeting every month gets you a pipeline that is bigger in March than it was in January.
Where a System Beats a Single Tool
The limitation Kaspr shares with every prospecting extension is not a product flaw. It is a category boundary. Kaspr hands your rep a mobile number. It does not decide who to call, does not write the sequence, does not protect the sending domain, and does not follow up when the prospect asks for information on Thursday afternoon.
That gap is what we exist to close. We orchestrate enrichment across multiple data sources, so European mobile coverage and North American email coverage both hold up in the same campaign without you subscribing to five vendors. Around it we build the dedicated sending infrastructure, warm-up, multichannel sequencing, CRM sync, and reply handling that turn a revealed contact into a conversation.
We measure it honestly. Not open rates, which we refuse to track because the pixel that generates them signals to spam filters that your email might be phishing, and that trade is never worth a vanity metric. We measure replies, positive replies, and meetings booked. A healthy campaign sits in the 1% to 5% reply range depending on offer and market, with hard bounces held under 2% because anything above that starts eroding the sender reputation you spent weeks building.
You own the infrastructure permanently, whatever happens to our working relationship. See the results in our case studies, the mechanics in our services, or learn more about how we work on our about page.
Ready to build outbound that compounds in every market?
Kaspr will find you a mobile number in Munich. It will not build you a pipeline. If you want a system that does, we will build it, run it, and prove it works before you pay us anything.
Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it — often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool — it depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Do they guarantee results or just charge a retainer? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? Avoid long contracts, vague reporting, and agencies that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail — job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
