JustCall Pricing: Which Plan Gets You the Sales Dialer

Summarize with AI

JustCall pricing can look straightforward until the sales dialer becomes the buying requirement. Pro is the cheapest ongoing Power Dialer plan at $49 per user monthly on annual billing or $69 on monthly billing, with a two-license minimum. SalesPro is the plan for included unlimited Dynamic and Predictive Dialer campaigns, but its price requires a quote. Lower plans can expose a small Dynamic and Predictive trial, which is not the same as permanent access.

JustCall pricing by plan

We checked the official JustCall pricing and help documentation on October 14, 2026. The public USD help table gives fixed prices for Team, Pro, and Pro Plus. Business and SalesPro use custom quotes.

PlanAnnual billing, per user/monthMonthly billing, per userMinimum licensesOngoing dialer accessAI position
Team$29$392No Sales DialerTranscription allowance; AI Review Assist sold as an add-on
Pro$49$692Unlimited Power Dialer campaignsUnlimited transcription; AI Review Assist sold as an add-on
Pro Plus$89$1092Unlimited Power Dialer campaignsAI Review Assist included

SalesProCustomCustom2Unlimited Power, Dynamic, and Predictive campaignsSales-focused coaching, assist, scoring, and transcription features

The annual numbers are monthly equivalents billed annually. At the two-license minimum, Pro begins at a $98 monthly equivalent on annual billing or $138 on monthly billing, before taxes, usage outside the bundle, extra numbers, and add-ons.

Team can handle ordinary calling and one-to-one texting, but the Sales Dialer FAQ explicitly excludes that plan from Sales Dialer access. The $29 starting price is therefore a poor planning number for a team buying JustCall primarily to work outbound lists.

Pro is the cheapest ongoing Power Dialer plan

JustCall allows unlimited Power Dialer campaigns on Pro, Pro Plus, Business, and SalesPro. Paying for Pro Plus does not add an unlimited Dynamic or Predictive entitlement; its main difference is the AI package.

The same FAQ says plans below SalesPro can create up to three Dynamic and three Predictive campaigns as a trial. Treat that as evaluation access. A workflow that depends on those modes should not be approved against Pro, Pro Plus, or Business unless the signed order form grants the required continuing entitlement.

The entitlement changes on SalesPro. Its public card lists Power and Dynamic Dialer plus Predictive Dialer for up to 10 lines, while the FAQ reserves unlimited Dynamic and Predictive campaigns for that tier. Because there is no public base price, compare its written quote with Pro rather than estimating a markup.

Dialing labels also describe different operating methods. A Power Dialer works through a list, while Predictive Dialer can place multiple calls and connect answered calls to available reps. The right choice depends on staffing, call handling, abandonment controls, and the rules that apply to the campaign. More lines do not automatically mean a better sales process.

SMS allowances do not cover every message

JustCall's bundled usage guide labels allowances per month per license unless a contract says otherwise. Team includes 500 one-to-one SMS segments per license in the US and Canada, but zero in Australia, the UK, and Europe. Pro and Pro Plus include 1,000 in the US and Canada and 500 in the other listed regions. SalesPro publishes 1,000 per license across supported regions, while Business limits are contract-specific.

Those allowances apply to one-to-one messages sent to numbers in the selected region. They do not include messages sent through bulk campaigns, workflows, CRM automations, or SMS bots. MMS and international SMS also sit outside the standard allowance. Pro advertises Bulk SMS campaigns as a feature, but feature access does not make the resulting messages free.

An account-wide SMS Bundle add-on covers eligible US and Canada traffic. The current SMS Bundle table starts at 1,500 segments for $29 monthly and lists larger packages up to 47,500 segments for $499. A bundle is not access to a messaging feature excluded from the base plan.

AI changes at Pro Plus and SalesPro

AI transcription and the broader AI sales package should be budgeted separately. Team publishes unlimited AI call transcription in the US and Canada and 2,000 minutes per license in other listed regions. Pro and Pro Plus publish unlimited transcription, subject to the documented usage boundaries. Business uses contract-defined limits, while SalesPro publishes unlimited outbound calling and transcription with custom inbound calling.

On the plan cards, AI Review Assist is an add-on for Team and Pro. Pro Plus includes it and lists multi-channel AI notetaking, SMS Co-pilot, coaching comments, real-time agent assist, script compliance, call scoring, custom and standard topics, and sentiment analysis.

SalesPro presents a sales-focused AI package alongside its dialers. The card names call transcription and summaries, coaching and training, real-time assist, script compliance, objection handling, manual and automatic scoring, and sentiment analysis. Public plan copy establishes availability, not a universal quantity or price for every AI function. Request the exact included minutes, storage, retention, languages, and add-on charges in writing.

Call and SMS usage can sit on top of the subscription

The subscription does not turn every route into a bundled call or message. JustCall's rate explanation says uncovered usage and consumption beyond a bundle are charged against the calling credit balance. Calling is priced per minute, and SMS is priced per segment. Destination, number type, and route can change the amount.

The following figures are examples from the US and USD selector state, not flat overage rates for every Pro or SalesPro customer:

Usage examplePublished starting rateBoundary
Outgoing US and Canada call$0.024/minuteRoute-specific PAYG starting price
Outgoing Hawaii call$0.014/minuteRoute-specific PAYG starting price
Outgoing Alaska call$0.115/minuteRoute-specific PAYG starting price
Incoming local call$0.018/minuteUS selector; rate card displays amount while help text establishes per-minute billing
Incoming toll-free call$0.03/minuteUS selector; same unit caveat
US long-code SMS$0.025/messagePublished route-specific starting price; actual billing is per segment

Calls are billed in full-minute increments, so a partial minute rounds up. The terms also allow calling and messaging rates to change. Use the live rate card for every destination in the intended campaign and ask whether your order form overrides any public amount.

The fair-use language needs special attention for outbound sales. Some plan copy describes calling as unlimited, but the Fair Usage Policy excludes scaled uses that include call centers and telemarketing professionals from that promise and reserves the right to impose limits. A sales team should get its expected calling pattern approved rather than treating unlimited as an unrestricted volume commitment.

Public pricing conflicts require written confirmation

Not every first-party page aligned during our review. The rendered pricing page showed a US and Canada call and SMS region while displaying euros. Its euro cards showed 29, 49, and 89 on annual billing for Team, Pro, and Pro Plus, while the updated help table listed 30, 50, and 90. The corresponding monthly figures differed by one euro as well.

Business has a more material conflict. Its pricing card said unlimited calling and SMS, while the updated bundled-usage guide described Business calling, SMS, and transcription limits as custom and set by contract. We would use the contract-defined interpretation until the order form states specific allowances.

AI Review Assist and AI Voice Agent are identified as add-ons, but the main pricing page does not publish complete prices for them. Taxes, extra numbers, porting, registration or compliance charges, and other add-ons are not consolidated into one universal public total. Put each unpriced JustCall item on the order form with its recurring or one-time amount.

Use this checklist for a JustCall quote

Ask the sales representative to put each answer on the order form or an incorporated schedule:

  1. Plan and term: exact plan name, monthly or annual commitment, start date, and renewal date.
  2. Seats: minimum purchased licenses, reassignment rules, and the process for reducing seats at renewal.
  3. Currency and region: invoice currency, call and SMS region, taxes, and any location-specific pricing.
  4. Dialers: continuing Power, Dynamic, and Predictive access, campaign limits, simultaneous lines, and whether any access is only a trial.
  5. Calling: included inbound and outbound routes, PAYG rates, rounding, credit funding, and fair-use thresholds for the expected sales pattern.
  6. SMS: one-to-one segment allowance, bulk and automated-message charges, bundle coverage, registration fees, and international or MMS rates.
  7. AI: included products, minutes, scoring or assist limits, storage and retention, and every recurring add-on price.
  8. Numbers and integrations: included phone numbers, extra or local-number costs, porting, CRM requirements, and support scope.
  9. Renewal and exit: notice deadline, renewal pricing, data export, recording retention, and number-porting steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
