Dripify Pricing 2026: Plans, Costs & What You Actually Pay

Dripify pricing in 2026 sits in a comfortable middle ground for LinkedIn automation tools. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but priced right for solo prospectors and small sales teams that want a cloud-based platform without the agency overhead of Heyreach or Expandi.

We talk to teams every week who are choosing between Dripify and three or four other tools. The question is rarely "is Dripify expensive." It is "am I getting the right value at this price point, and what is actually included on each plan?" This guide answers both, plus the questions Dripify does not put on the pricing page.

If you are evaluating Dripify as a piece of your outbound stack, here is the full picture for 2026.

Dripify Pricing at a Glance

Dripify publishes three plans, all billed per user per month. The pricing page is one of the more transparent in the LinkedIn automation category, which is refreshing.

PlanMonthly BillingAnnual Billing (per month equivalent)Best For
Basic$59/user/mo$39/user/moSolo founders, very light usage
Pro$79/user/mo$59/user/moMost active solo prospectors
Advanced$99/user/mo$79/user/moSerious users, agencies, teams

The big lever is monthly versus annual billing. The 50 percent discount on annual is aggressive enough that almost every active user ends up on annual. If you are testing Dripify and not sure you will keep it, start monthly for one or two months, then switch.

What Each Plan Includes

The plan differences matter more than the price differences. Here is what you actually get at each tier.

Basic ($59/mo)

Basic gives you the core campaign builder with up to three connection request campaigns and the basic auto-pilot scheduling. You get the unified inbox, the LinkedIn account safety algorithm, and metrics tracking. You do not get conditional sequence logic, A/B testing, personalized images, CSV export, or Zapier integration.

In practice, Basic is a starter plan. Most users outgrow it within four to six weeks once they realize they need conditional sequences and exports.

Pro ($79/mo)

Pro adds unlimited campaigns, advanced sequence logic with delays and conditions, personalized image and GIF generation, CSV export of prospect data, and personal CSV import. This is the first plan where Dripify starts to feel like a real platform.

The catch is no A/B testing, no Zapier integration, and no API access. For solo users, Pro is often the sweet spot.

Advanced ($99/mo)

Advanced is the only tier with A/B testing, dedicated account manager support, Zapier integration, webhook support, and full API access. If you want to integrate Dripify into a broader outbound stack or run sophisticated testing, this is the required plan.

Most agencies and serious operators end up on Advanced. The features that look "nice to have" on the comparison page (Zapier, webhooks, API) become essential the moment you try to build a real outbound workflow.

Real Annual Cost Breakdown

The published pricing is per user per month. Here is what that actually costs over a full year, including the annual discount.

PlanMonthly Billed AnnuallyAnnual Total5-User Team Annual Cost
Basic$59/mo$708$3,540
Basic (annual)$39/mo$468$2,340
Pro$79/mo$948$4,740
Pro (annual)$59/mo$708$3,540
Advanced$99/mo$1,188$5,940
Advanced (annual)$79/mo$948$4,740

For a 5-person sales team on the Advanced annual plan, you are looking at roughly $4,740 per year just for Dripify. That number alone is not bad, but it is also not the full cost. See the next section.

Hidden Costs Most Teams Miss

The Dripify price tag does not include the things you need to actually use it effectively. Two costs are easy to overlook.

The first is LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Dripify works best with Sales Navigator because it gives you the advanced search filters that let you build targeted prospect lists. Sales Navigator Core is $99 per user per month. Sales Navigator Advanced is $149 per user per month. For a 5-person team on Sales Navigator Core plus Dripify Advanced annual, you are looking at about $11,640 per year.

The second is the LinkedIn accounts themselves. Each Dripify user needs their own LinkedIn account. If you are setting up dedicated outbound accounts (which we recommend, to protect personal accounts from automation risk), you need to budget time and effort for account warm-up before any campaign can safely start. We typically allow 3 to 4 weeks for new account warm-up before running automation.

How Dripify Pricing Compares to Alternatives

Dripify sits in the mid-tier of LinkedIn automation pricing. Here is the full landscape.

ToolStarting PriceComparable Plan to Dripify Advanced
Linked Helper 2$15/mo$45/mo
Waalaxy$33/mo$80/mo
Dripify$59/mo$99/mo
[Expandi](https://expandi.io/)$99/mo$99/mo
[Heyreach](https://heyreach.io/)$79/mo$149/mo (unlimited accounts)
[Lemlist](https://www.lemlist.com/)$59/mo$99/mo (multi-channel)
[La Growth Machine](https://lagrowthmachine.com/)$80/mo$130/mo

Dripify is more expensive than the bargain options (Linked Helper, Waalaxy) and roughly even with the premium options (Expandi, Lemlist). The value question is which tool you actually trust to run your outbound on, and how much LinkedIn safety matters to you.

Is Dripify Worth the Price?

Dripify is worth the price if three things are true. You want a cloud-based, hands-off LinkedIn automation tool. You have time and someone on the team to actually run the campaigns, write the messages, and follow up on replies. You are not running more than five or ten LinkedIn accounts in parallel.

Dripify is not worth the price if you need email outbound in the same workflow (Lemlist or La Growth Machine is better), if you are running an agency with many client accounts (Heyreach is purpose-built for that), or if you have nobody on the team with bandwidth to actually run LinkedIn outreach. In that last case, you are buying a tool that will sit unused, which is the most expensive outcome of all.

The Bigger Question Behind the Pricing

We talk to dozens of B2B sales teams every month and the same pattern repeats. They buy Dripify or a similar tool, build a great-looking campaign, send out a few hundred connection requests, get a handful of replies, and then the operator gets pulled into other priorities. The tool keeps charging. The pipeline keeps shrinking.

The bottleneck is almost never the tool. It is the lack of a system around the tool. A LinkedIn automation tool is one piece of an outbound function. Without lists, copy, follow-up, deliverability monitoring, reply handling, and meeting booking, the tool is just an expensive software subscription.

We see teams spend $5,000 a year on Dripify and another $12,000 on Sales Navigator, then book three meetings a quarter from LinkedIn. The tools work. The system around the tools does not exist.

Where LeadHaste Fits

We are not a Dripify replacement. We are the layer above any LinkedIn automation tool. We pick the right LinkedIn tool for the situation, often Expandi, Heyreach, or Dripify itself, and we orchestrate it alongside email and phone outbound into one managed system. The client gets meetings. We handle everything between.

If you are pricing out Dripify and wondering whether to commit to a year, the better question might be whether buying any tool is the right move at all. For teams that want to run outbound themselves, Dripify is a solid pick. For teams that want results without running it themselves, see our services page or jump straight to a pilot.

Ready to Stop Pricing Tools and Start Booking Meetings?

If you have spent the last week comparing LinkedIn automation tools and you are no closer to a decision, the real bottleneck is probably not which tool to buy. It is who is going to run the outbound function once the tool is installed.

We do that. We orchestrate the LinkedIn layer, the email layer, and the phone layer into one outbound system, and we run it for you. No tool decisions. No contracts. Start with a free pilot to prove the model works for your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it — often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool — it depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Do they guarantee results or just charge a retainer? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? Avoid long contracts, vague reporting, and agencies that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail — job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
