Attio Pricing: What the Modern CRM Costs as Your Team Grows

Summarize with AI

Attio pricing starts with a Free plan for up to three seats. Plus costs $44 per user monthly or $35 per user each month on annual billing, while Pro costs $99 monthly or $79 annually. Free can validate the CRM data model. Plus fits a small team that needs more records and controls. Pro is the first tier with native Sequences, larger limits, and advanced permissions. Attio explicitly says its built-in sender should not be used for cold sales outreach, so outbound teams still need a suitable sending integration.

Attio pricing by plan

We checked the explicit US dollar Attio pricing page on October 13, 2026. The generic pricing URL redirected by location during research. Use a region-specific page when comparing a number.

Attio labels the lower paid figures as per-user monthly equivalents billed annually and advertises a 20% saving. A five-seat Plus workspace therefore has a $175 monthly equivalent on annual billing or $220 on monthly billing, while five Pro seats produce $395 or $495. These are calculations from the public rate, excluding tax and additional credit packages.

The billing guide says a paid workspace is billed by purchased seats, which both active members and pending invites can occupy. Every workspace has a separate subscription. One person in two paid workspaces can count once in each.

Free validates the CRM model

Free gives up to three seats, 50,000 records, and three objects. It includes workflows and integration blocks, apps, API and webhooks, and one synced email or calendar account per user. The monthly email-send limit is 200 per user. Bulk-send size is 10.

Use Free to build representative companies, people, opportunities, and relationships before selecting a paid tier. The three-object limit forces an early design decision: if the intended system needs additional custom structures, the test should expose that before data migration.

Free includes 100 seat credits per user and 250 workspace credits monthly. Attio's credit guide says the Free plan cannot purchase more workspace credits, so a test that depends on heavy automation can reach the plan boundary even when the record limit remains comfortable.

Plus is the small-team operating tier

Plus raises capacity to 10 seats, 250,000 records, and five objects. It includes 500 seat credits per user and 1,500 pooled workspace credits each month, along with workspace-level controls for objects, lists, workflows, and reporting. It also adds the ability to remove Attio branding from sent email.

This tier fits a small team that needs a real operating CRM but does not need Attio's native Sequences, custom objects, or advanced team permissions. Plus allows 1,000 emails per user monthly. Bulk sends are limited to 50. Those limits describe Attio's sender, not a cold-email allowance.

Plus is often the cleanest first paid choice because it expands the workspace without forcing Pro's full feature set. The decision changes when the sales process requires custom relationship structures, protected email visibility, Call Intelligence, or native sequence enrollment.

Pro unlocks Sequences and advanced controls

Pro supports unlimited seats, up to one million records, and 12 objects. It includes 1,000 seat credits per user and 10,000 workspace credits monthly. It adds custom objects, relationship and formula attributes, advanced reports, Call Intelligence, up to 10 teams, and more granular access controls.

Attio-native Sequences are available on Pro and Enterprise. Attio describes signal-based enrollment, sender assignment, scheduled sending, personalized fields, and tracking for replies, meetings, enrollment, and recipient state. Pro also removes the plan-level monthly email-send limit. Mailbox-level limits and acceptable-use boundaries still apply.

Our view: Pro makes sense when the team can name the custom object, permission rule, sequence, or intelligence workflow that needs it. Buying Pro for future flexibility adds $44 per user to the annual monthly equivalent over Plus, a difference of $440 each month at 10 seats before credits.

Enterprise adds SAML single sign-on, user provisioning, export restrictions, unlimited teams, and custom record and credit packages. Its price is not public. Treat it as a security and scale quote rather than a default upgrade from Pro.

Attio workflow credits need their own budget

Attio separates personal seat credits from pooled workspace credits. Seat credits fund Ask Attio and cannot be shared, while workspace credits fund workflows and AI capabilities. Ask Attio can fall back to the workspace pool unless an administrator limits that behavior.

The current credit model charges one workspace credit for executed actions such as creating or updating a record, list entry, or task. Enrolling someone in a sequence or removing them also costs one. HTTP requests and integration blocks such as Slack use one credit. Triggers, logic, loops, and data lookups are free. AI, code, SQL, Web Agent, and custom-agent blocks vary.

Attio documents a separate legacy-workflow model. Do not assume every existing workspace calculates use in the same way. Export recent credit consumption and map it to the intended automation before selecting a package.

The USD pricing page lists additional monthly workspace-credit packages. Five thousand credits display at $85 monthly or $70 on annual billing, and ten thousand show $150 or $120, while larger packages reduce the unit price further. Credits renew monthly even on an annual subscription.

Attio is not a native cold-email sender

Attio's official email guidance says its built-in sending is for existing customers or warm leads who expect contact, and it explicitly lists cold sales outreach among the uses that should not run through Attio. Messages are sent through a synchronized Gmail or Microsoft mailbox. Attio says it is not an email service provider.

Attio also documents mailbox limits of 12 emails per hour and 200 per day, in addition to plan-level monthly limits. Mass sends and sequence messages from one mailbox are spaced five minutes apart. These safeguards do not convert Pro Sequences into a cold-outreach platform.

For cold outbound, use Attio as the CRM and connect a system designed for the intended sending use. The Attio app catalog includes categories for email sequencing, calling, data, forms, and automation. Its official Outreach integration says it can automate email sequences from Attio, but integration availability does not mean the third-party subscription is included.

Choose the tier from the operating requirement

Start with the number of seats. Then map records and objects. Add the monthly workflow actions and any personal AI use, while keeping native warm-email activity separate from cold outbound through an appropriate integration.

Run Free with a representative data set. Move to Plus when the team needs its capacity and workspace controls. Move to Pro when Sequences, custom objects, Call Intelligence, or advanced permissions are already part of the approved operating process. Ask Enterprise for a quote only when centralized identity, provisioning, export restriction, or custom scale is required.

LeadHaste connects the CRM to prospect research, owned sending infrastructure, channel sequencing, reply assignment, and reporting. Review our outbound services to see how those records move through one managed system.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.

Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?

There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.

Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.

Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
