Anymail Finder Pricing: Paying Only for Verified Emails
Summarize with AI
Anymail Finder pricing starts at $29 per month for 400 credits in the United States. Its finder model is attractive when failed searches are common because a person search costs one credit only when the product returns a valid email. That headline needs one qualification: verification-only checks cost 0.2 credit for every address checked, whatever the verdict.
Anymail Finder pricing by plan
We reviewed Anymail Finder's pricing page, credit-status documentation, rollover rules, and API documentation on October 22, 2026. Prices below are the U.S. dollar amounts displayed during that review. The same page can show different currencies by location.
| Billing | Included credits | Price | Included cost per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | 400 | $29/month | $0.0725 |
| Monthly | 1,000 | $49/month | $0.0490 |
| Monthly | 2,000 | $89/month | $0.0445 |
| Monthly | 5,000 | $149/month | $0.0298 |
| Monthly | 10,000 | $199/month | $0.0199 |
| Annual | 4,800 upfront | $228/year | $0.0475 |
| Annual | 12,000 upfront | $384/year | $0.0320 |
| Annual | 24,000 upfront | $708/year | $0.0295 |
| Annual | 60,000 upfront | $1,188/year | $0.0198 |
| Annual | 120,000 upfront | $1,596/year | $0.0133 |
The calculation divides plan price by included credits. It shows the cost of included capacity, not a guaranteed cost per delivered contact. Taxes are excluded. The pricing page also lists monthly volume plans above 10,000 credits from $299 and annual volume plans above 120,000 credits from $2,400.
Annual billing grants the full annual credit balance at purchase. This can suit a team with uneven list-building months, provided it can use the balance before the term ends. Unlimited team members share the account's pool without a published per-seat charge.
The credit rule changes by operation
The finder headline covers searches for emails, not every operation in the product.
| Operation | Published credit treatment |
|---|---|
| Find a person by name and company, domain, or LinkedIn URL | 1 credit only when a valid email is found |
| Find company emails | 1 credit for up to 20 valid emails |
| Find a decision-maker by role and company | 2 credits only when a valid email is found |
| Verify an address from another source | 0.2 credit for every check |
| Repeat the same search or check within 30 days | Free |
The person finder endpoint, company endpoint, decision-maker endpoint, and verification endpoint document those differences.
A team should therefore split its forecast into finder credits and verification checks. On the $49 monthly plan, one included credit costs 4.9 cents. A separate verification check consumes 0.2 credit, which makes its included-capacity cost 0.98 cents. The same plan could cover 1,000 paid person finds, 5,000 verification checks, or a mix of the two.
What valid, risky, and not found mean
Anymail Finder defines a valid result as an address that passed SMTP and additional live checks. It describes a risky result as inconclusive, often because a domain is catch-all, greylisted, or otherwise prevents confirmation. A not-found result means the finder did not return a verified address.
Valid person-finder results consume credits. Risky and not-found finder outcomes do not. The billing rule differs when the team imports an address for verification: valid, risky, and invalid checks all consume 0.2 credit.
The vendor says its finder checks addresses during the search, so a second verification charge is unnecessary for those results. Treat that as a product claim, not proof that every valid address will reach an inbox. Delivery also depends on the sender, receiving system, suppression controls, and address changes after the check.
Rollover rewards an active subscription
Unused subscription credits roll over without a published cap while the subscription remains active. A downgrade does not remove credits already accumulated. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; the remaining balance can be used until that date and then expires.
Anymail Finder also offers one-time packs, including 100,000 credits for $1,090 and one million for $4,990 on the U.S. page reviewed. Those credits last 12 months and do not require a subscription. They are non-refundable under the published terms.
The right comparison is not monthly versus annual alone. Compare expected credit use during the validity window. A low displayed unit rate wastes money if the team buys more capacity than it can use before cancellation or expiry.
The trial converts unless you cancel
Monthly plans include a seven-day trial with 100 credits. A payment card is required, and Anymail Finder says it places a temporary authorization of about $1. Unless canceled, the selected monthly plan begins automatically after the trial.
Yearly plans and one-time packs do not include the trial. Canceling a trial removes unused trial credits. The trial documentation describes a narrow refund route for the first post-trial charge when fewer than 20 plan credits were used and the buyer did not manually start the paid plan early.
The 97% guarantee has a reporting process
Anymail Finder advertises a 97%+ delivery guarantee for addresses marked valid. Its narrower product and API language covers reviewed hard-bounce reports. The customer reports the address through the dashboard or bad-email API endpoint, ideally with the bounce message, and the vendor refunds credits when it considers the report appropriate.
That is more useful than a vague accuracy claim, but it is not an automatic refund for every bounce. A soft bounce caused by sending reputation does not establish that the address was invalid. Before buying on the guarantee, test how the account records the original status, bounce class, report, review outcome, and returned credit.
Bulk and API access use the same pool
The bulk finder accepts CSV and XLSX files with up to 100,000 rows. Inputs can include names, companies or domains, LinkedIn URLs, and roles. The bulk API runs asynchronously and can notify another system by webhook.
The vendor says the API has no daily or hourly rate limit. Available credits remain the practical ceiling.
For an outbound team, the API is valuable only if its result states remain intact. Store the provider, lookup date, result status, source operation, credit charge, and any later hard-bounce report. Do not flatten risky into valid simply to make a list look complete.
Choose a plan from paid outcomes, not uploaded rows
Our opinion is that Anymail Finder is easiest to approve when the team mainly searches for work emails and expects a meaningful share of misses. Charging only for valid finder outcomes reduces the cost of uncertain searches. The advantage narrows when most work is verification of addresses gathered elsewhere because every verification consumes credit.
Use a controlled 100-record sample before annual billing:
- Include known valid, invalid, catch-all, and changed addresses.
- Run each required finder and verification route, then reconcile credits by operation.
- Confirm repeated checks within 30 days do not charge again.
- Export valid, risky, and not-found outcomes without changing their labels.
- Send only through an approved test and record hard versus soft bounces.
- Submit one eligible hard-bounce report and preserve the review outcome.
- Test the bulk or API handoff into the CRM without overwriting suppression or ownership fields.
- Size the subscription from observed paid outcomes and the intended billing window.
Approve the plan only when the measured credit use, expiry exposure, and exception handling fit the operating process.

Frequently Asked Questions
A modern outbound stack includes: data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, custom domains), sending tools (Smartlead, Instantly), warm-up services (Warmbox), LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Most agencies use 15–30 tools orchestrated together.
Building your own stack costs $3K–5K/month in software alone, plus a dedicated person to manage it. With a managed service, you get all the tooling plus the expertise to orchestrate it, often at lower total cost. The key question: can you afford to spend 6–8 weeks setting up instead of generating pipeline?
There's no single 'best' tool. It depends on your volume, budget, and integration needs. Smartlead and Instantly are popular for high-volume sending. Apollo doubles as a data and sequencing platform. The real advantage comes from how tools are orchestrated together, not from any single tool choice.
Look for three things: (1) Do you own the infrastructure they build? (2) Are the engagement terms clear, including what happens after the initial build-and-learn period? (3) Can you see transparent metrics and real case studies with specific numbers? LeadHaste starts with a three-month engagement, then moves month-to-month. Avoid vague reporting and providers that own your domains.
Data enrichment is the process of taking basic company or contact data and adding layers of detail: job titles, direct emails, phone numbers, technographics, intent signals, company size, funding stage, and more. Enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo pull from multiple data sources to build a complete prospect profile before outreach begins.
