Why we picked Inboxkit after testing five others
Every cold email operation eventually hits the same bottleneck: you need dozens or hundreds of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, and you need them on real infrastructure that doesn't degrade over time. The inbox provider market has grown to cover this — and we've worked with five to six different providers across client engagements. Competitors like Mailforge, Primeforge, and Zapmail list similar or slightly lower per-mailbox rates, but we've had operational issues on each that Inboxkit has resolved for us. That reliability is worth the occasional $0.25/mailbox/month difference.
